Excavating in trenches, not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc., for for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, piers holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.001 above but depth exc. 1.50 mtr but not exc. 3.00 mtr etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete and pavings not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) below or above ground level etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone masonry / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar of any description all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm dia (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement motar etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down PVC, soil and waste pipe up to 150mm dia (any size or pattern) including all fittings head shoes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete as in foundation filling and mass concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in surfaces channel and drains etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitrerd/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.014 above but add or deduct 25 mm girth or part of thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4) type, B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in copings, chajja, kerbs, roof padding/staging of water tank etc including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM(1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

10mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4 and finishing the surface with even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete, (1:4:8), type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested, suitable for 150 mm bore of pipe with cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using complete all as specified and as directed.

100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring / hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing road surface (Including WBM) up to the depth of sewage lines where ever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
