Installation of Lighting Protection System at Bhavani Bhavan

S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered/ welded with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. complete duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar ( 4:2:1), including thimble joints of 7/16 SWG wire and (25 x 6) mm GI strip with SS nuts, bolts & washers. (P-J-2/Item-14 + NS)

Supply & fixing of 25 mm x 6 mm thick GI (Hot Dip) flat / strips for Horizontal & Vertical run on wall / floor with GI shaddles as required including drilling holes, bolts, nuts, washers, etc./ and mending good the damages to building works . (Page : G-3/Item-5d).

Cutting cornices/ steps etc. including cutting recess in buildings etc. & supply & fixing 15 mm bore (ISI-Medium) GI pipe protection as below and mending good damages to the building works: (P:J-1/Item-4) i) Length upto 0.5 Mtr

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for LC installation, per storey of building per vertical run. (P : J-1/Item-7)

Supply & Fixing of Testing Joints by 25 mm x 6 mm thick GI (Hot Dip) strip 125 mm long on wall after making suitable arrangement to establish a clearance of 50mm from wall for making junction connection with vertical conductor and conductor from earth electrode complete with S & F GI bolts, nuts, check-nuts, spring washers etc. as required. Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium) 3.0 Mts. long with welded 2 nos. half circle bracket made of GI strip (65 x 8) mm. with two holes on extended portion of the each strip of length min. 250 mm , and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. Supply, Laying & Fixing of 50mm x 6mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip in underground trench for interconnection between the Earth Points by joining (As per item no 11). (Rate arrived from G.S. Page : K-3/Item -134 + G-1/Item-1a.)

Jointing for Horijontal & vertical run of GI strip through welded joint of (25 x 6) mm or (50 x 6) mm GI Strip to Lap joints/ 'T' joints, etc. and painting the joints with 2 (two) coats of bituminous paint. (NS)
