M & L for Advance maintenance free G.I safe earthing electrode with pipe not less than 50mm outer dia (thickness not less than -2.5mm) and two meter length, the electrode should be of galvanised (80-100 micron) along with earth lead as galvanised steel strip of size 32 x 6mm upto 7.5mtr, the GI Electrode shall be pre filled with crystalline conductive material (CCM) and shall be surrounded with 25 Kg back fill compound which should be eco friendly and having RoHs certification,GI electrode shall be tested from CPRI. The earth pit shall be provided with cover with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, cover of 450mm x 450mm including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth for foundation, laying of poles in trenches and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cms thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Galvanised iron tubing 100 mm dia light grade laid in trenches / floors /walls /under ground for eath lead protection and cables at road crossing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wherever GI Protection pipes are to be placed /fitted above earths surface, cost of necessary clamping /fixing arrangements to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

S & F for HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP Protection of IP-67 having outer dia 120 mm and inner dia of 103 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of HT UG cable all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soling and morrum filling for laying of cable pipe and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match the exist surface complete all as specifed and directed. Note for Item Nos 25 & 30 : Any damages made to the existing services of MES/Other Depts like HT/LT UG cables, Water Supply/Sewage Pipe lines, OFC/BSNL/Signal communication cables etc. during the excavation/road cuting etc. progress of the work shall be made good with proper jointing kits etc., as per original to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge & GE & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. Decision of the AO shall be final & binding in this matter.
