Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete : Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood. 50x20 mm

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

One coat.

Two coats.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Repairs to wooden doors/ windows by easening of shutters or frames and replacing damaged hinges, refixing of existing hinges including nails, screws, hinges etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Repairs to wooden member adjoining with masonary/ plinth of Assam Type wall frame by sealing the deckyed portion with rich concrete and, plastering and cement punning etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Checking leakages from sloped GI sheet roofing of entire S/Q bunglow (Plinth area approx 1400 sqft) and attending lekages by application of carpej, M-seal, cement pest, waterproofing chemicals or membranes etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick commercial plywood in existing false ceiling frame including nails, screws etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
