Dismantling of damaged APP modified water proofing membrane and cleaning the surface by wire brush and water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight), all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4, including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement over cleaned roof surface, as in grading to RCC roof surface,complete all as specified. Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for One coat of binding material applying evenly using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702 Grade 85/[email protected] kg over one coat of cold bituminous oil based primer (IS:3384) as approved @ 250 gm/sqm over plaster surfaces including cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torched application complete all as specified

Preparation of roof treatment surfaces of any description and applying two coats of aluminium paint on roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding or similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting up to 1000 ltr capacity existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections 25mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections 20mm bore in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

Refixing old steel tubing and connections 25mm bore in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

S&F of Galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings and complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore with & including all fittings and complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT (Polytetra methylene terephthalate) with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball and fly nut, screwed for iron pipe 20mm dia (minimum weight 210 gms) fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. ball valve of high pressure of PTMT 20mm bore with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball and screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore including dismantling of existing water tank in any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. ball valve of high pressure of PTMT 20mm bore with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball and screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore including dismantling of existing water tank in any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Heat Resistant Ceramic Terrace Tiles (300mm x 300mm x 10mm) on water proof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including taking down/dismantling existing tiles with bedding layer of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 20mm bore Gun-metal globe or gate valves (ISI marked), with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed in old steel water tubing or new steel water tubing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of roof slab projection/roof slab edges in straight line as existing roof slab with Cement Mortar 1:3 including necessary formwork and including necessary scaffolding if required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in haunching between roof slab and parapet walls or similar work, complete all as specified and directed.
