Supply of 230 V , 55 W LED luminaire with pressure dia- cast aluminium housing , corrosion resistant pure polyster powder coating , confirming to IP 66 , IK 08 , dimensions 150 mm x 150 mm , having inbuilt surge protection 4 kV , company fitted eye-bolt mounting and cradle etc. complete with 5 years warranty and confirming to technical specifications. Supply of 230 V , 45 W , LED post top with CCT 5700 K , IP 65 made in die-cast aluminium bottom housing and spun aluminium top reflector with decorative clear acrylic diffuser etc. complete with 5 years warranty and confirming to technical specifications.(Make Bajaj , Model ARIAN or similar & equivalent)

Supply of 230 V , 50 W LED confirming to IP 65 luminaire with coloured LED light output i/c cradle & nut bolts etc. complete with 5 years warranty and confirming to technical specifications.

Installation , testing and commissioning of 55 W LED luminary on the existing canopy structure of height 4.5 to 6 mtrs. , including providing & fixing threaded 10 mm GI rod of 15" length with nut bolts & checknuts on MS Rafter of the canopy , termination of power supply cables , fixing of existing PVC circular box etc. complete as per site requirement. (Work shall be carried out off watch hours in the night time with all safety arrangements , precautions not to malign/damage existing canopy fabric , with necessary tools & tackles like scaffolding , consumables etc. )

Installation , testing & commissioning of 45 W LED post top on existing 4 Mtr. Pole etc. as required as per site requirement.

Installation , testing & commissioning of 50 W LED luminaire with cradle at suitable angle focusing on the trees of garden area of the approach road including construction of suitable base of brick work & plastering of approx. dimensions 450 mm x 450 mm x 300 mm deep i/c cable termination etc. complete as required as per site requirment.

SITC of Column light (designer pole with inbuilt LED lighting) having dimensions 150 mm square , 4000 mm height, input power 2x18 W , 50 W LED, desired CCT ( Warm/Cool white) confirming to IP 65 & prewired with LED driver suitable for 230 V AC supply . Column light shall be designed for surface mounting , symmetrical light distribution , made of square aluminium tube (grade 6063) in approved shade (Pure Polyster graphite grey/anthracite grey / jet black) , with aluminium components and non corrosive SS fasteners , clear toughened glass, laser cutting design options , MS mounting plate square 250 x 12 mm thick with 4 elongated holes to suit M 16 bolts pure polyster powder coated . Foundation shall be as per OEM recommendation etc. complete as required as per technical specifications. (Reference image provided with Technical specifications)

SITC of 8 W Solar LED traffic blinkers with SMF battery 26 Ah , solar panel and pole dia. 80-100 mm & height 4 meters , blinker size 300 mm , IP 55 etc. complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of following size of 1.1 kv grade multicore aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS: 7098:2011 (Part-I) with upto date amendments. 4 C X 16 Sq.mm.

Supplying following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete as required. 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (Upto 75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/PVC pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4C X 16 sq. mm .

Supply and fixing 25 mm medium class PVC conduit on the top (outer) surface of metallic rafter / mid beam /edge beam of existing canopy structure of height 4.5 - 6 meters with required accessories for clamping etc. complete as per site requirement (Work shall be carried out with all safety arrangements , precautions not to malign/damage existing canopy fabric , with necessary tools & tackles like ladders , consumables etc. )

Supply of PVC circular box (Tee 3 way) 25 mm .

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor , single core cable in the existing PVC conduit fixed on the outer surface of metallic rafter/mid beam/edge beam of existing canopy etc. compete as per site requirement. (Work shall be carried out with all safety arrangements , precautions not to malign/damage existing canopy fabric , with necessary tools & tackles like ladders , consumables etc. )

Supply and fixing of impact resistant polycarbonate weather proof IP 67 Junction box of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 65 mm i/c 2 no. conduit glands 25 mm with suitable mounting accessories on the top outer surface of metallic rafter of the canopy with suitable 3 way connectors for termination of 2.5 to 4 Sq. mm wire.

Earthing with G.l. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface / recess/ existing HDPE Pipe/existing GI Pipe for connections etc. as required.

Supply of 36W LED Batten of 4ft with engg-plastic end caps fixture should have rated system lumen output of minimum 3000 Lumen with rated efficacy of >=100lumens/watt. The luminaire should have a colour temperature of 6500K ±500K. (Make Bajaj , Model IVORA Deluxe Batten 36W CDL or similar & equivalent)

Powder coating in approved shade of existing supply and return Air A/C grills/Diffusers after dismantling from site , taking to workshop , removal of existing powder coating and reinstalling the same etc. complete as required.
