Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of CI/ GI/ DI/ PPR pipe and getting out in soft/ loose of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up old U/S CI water mains (including all fittings) of size 150mm bore. with spigot and socket ends, tail pieces, sluice valves and lead joints etc. including burning out joints and recovering lead, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
