Excavation in soil in hilly area by manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lift as per drawing and MORD technical specifications cluse 1603.1 including carriage of materials within all leads and lift complrte as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classifications of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibated ) as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 305.1,1104 and 1606.1 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge Including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and diposal upto all laeds and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (One hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.

Dismantling guard rail by manual mean and disposal of dismantled material with all lift and up to alead of 1000m, stacking serviceable material sepretaly as per technical specification clause 202

Demolation below ground level up to 1.50 mtr depth including seprating/ stacking of serviciable material and disposal of unservisiable material with in 20 mtrs lead unreinforced cement concrete more than 15 cm thickness

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate crushed 40 mm( forty milimetre nominal size) for plain /reinforced concrete mechnically mixed and vibrated in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete for plain / reinforced conc. In open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause-802, 803, 1202 & 1203 in Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 sand: 8 graded stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal mix) using vibrater including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying cement concrete grade PCC M-10 (ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm) (twenty milimeter) nominal size mechaninally mixed and vibrated in open foundation complete as per drawings and technical specification MORD clause-802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 Including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8, (I) Granular material, Including carriage of material within all leads upto leads as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing reinforcement concrete in substructure as per drawing and technical specification clause 800,1205.4 & 1205.5 RCC grade M-25 nominal mix 1:1.5:3 up to all heights including carriage of material upto all heights and leads as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure as per drawing and technical specification clause 1002, 1005, 1010 and 1202 including carriage of material upto all heights and leads as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and erecting a "W"metal beam crash barrier comprisingof 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal rail 70 cm. above road/ground level fixed on GI Sheet channel vertical post 150x75x5 mm spaced 1.5 m center to center,1.8 m high,1.1 m below ground /road level, all steel part and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fitting to conferms to IS:1367 and Is:1364 metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm,330mm long complete as per clause 810 including high intensity grade all weather proof reflective sheeting multi colour tape fixed with mechanical means with high visible(cautionary) from long distance i.e. in fog prone area, black spot point and narrow curve etc. including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.

Replacing and erecting a "W"metal beam crash barrier comprisingof 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal rail 70 cm. above road/ground level fixed on ISMC series chanel vertical post 150x75x5 mm spaced 1.5 m center to center,1.8 m high,1.1 m below ground /road level, all steel part and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fitting to conferms to IS:1367 and Is:1364 metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5mm,330mm long complete as per clause 810 Including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : (i) All the material will be procured by the contractor him self. (ii) Sand and Stone aggregate (20 mm) will be used from approved nearby Quarry. (iii) Viberator should be used in mass concrete work. (iv) The cube tests will be tested from approved lab by the conctractor him self. (v) The core tests will be conducted by the contractor him self at his own cost.
