Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position (other than ground floor) not otherwise specifically provided for (in roof/floor/padding etc) and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (below or above ground level) and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting existing PVC tanks of any position or at any height of any description,capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr, setting aside for cleaning (lowering if required) for repair, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt/dust from existing PVC tank and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in position including inlet-outlet pipe at opening portion and at mouth etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for removing plant/Uprooting of vegetation growth including roots on wall/roof/parapet/chajja/beam/near pipes etc and applying acid treatment after removing roots for preventing regrowth and making good disturbed surfaces/area in superficial area exc 150sq.cm but n.exc 400 sq.cm and averaging depth not exceeding 10 cm filling holes etc by using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) or 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC as required and finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M & L for removing existing water proofing treatment in roof and disposing the same to out side of MD land/premises.

M & L for roof treatment by rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instruction, applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm and providing 3 mm thick APP membrane weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 180 gm /sqm having softening point not less than 140 centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/sqm and 350 N/sqm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg /Sqm on top of membrane surface and then finished with solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

"Supply only" integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Dr FIXIT/Fosroc/choksey)

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof fixed with L type or J type cranked hook bolts

All as per item No 20 above but except sheet, fixed using new L type or J type crank hook bolts. Note : Old serviceable sheet retrieved under item No. 01 shall be used.

S & F asbestos cement two piece serated ridge for corrugated sheets fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or cranked nut & bolts as in repairs complete all as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, roof padding, coping, kneelers, bed plates etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, door, gates etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ 150) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (Total coated thickness) of any colour, finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with best quality self tapping screws as specified

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ 150) GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/valley gutter, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. (Colour of ridge shall be same colour as that of sheet used for roof)

M&L 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheets as in roof, make as approved by Accepting Officer, colour to match with adjacent prepainted galvalume sheets with adequate side lap fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F welded steel wire fabric weigh not exc 4 Kg per square metre fixed to wooden framework or steel members using suitable fixing acessories comlete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side lathing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layer (10mm + 5mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound at top 5mm thick layer by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings (sunshed, chajja, fins etc) and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 litre capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20 mm dia brass ball/float valve high pressure with polythene float and flynut, 25 mm water tank nipple/tank adoptor suitable for HDPE water tank, complete all as specified and directed.
