Sweeping, cleaning & wet mopping on all working days for room floors of ARTTC Building, Ranchi (except room A - 107part, 108, 110, 111, 209, 210, 307, 308 B- 105(Part Portion) ,109,111,113, 114, 204'205,206,207,208, 209, 210, C-101, 105, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 207, 201, 205, 301, 307,2nd Floor B-wing & A,B & C Wing of 3rd Floor etc. measuring approximate otal area of 3616.00 Sqm), passage, staircases, O/o SDE (C) - III (Energy Block 1st floor), TE Building, including daily washing of toilets, baths including attached dado, skirting, urinal partitions, cleaning & disinfecting w.c pans, wash basins, urinal etc. with necessary chemicals including dusting of furniture, doors, windows, internal walls, ceilings, Aluminium partitions etc. complete including weekly sweeping of road from main gate to entrance of admin cum academic building and Telephone Exchange Building and monthly cleaning of terrace of ARTTC building, TE building & Energy block as per attached specifications & directions of Engineer - in - charge.

Notes: -

1) Rate includes all the materials, labours, tools required for execution of this item & nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

2) Rate also includes washing & disinfecting materials for cleaning of toilets.

3) Cleaning and other operations found unsatisfactory in full or part shall be done unsatisfactory in full or part shall be done more than once in a day as desired by the Engineer-in-charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

4) Rate also includes disposal of garbage out side of campus & nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

5) Toilet portion of all floors which includes W.C., Urinals, wash basin, sink & adjoing areas shall be cleaned twice a day.

Deduct for non sweeping and cleaning of any particular closed area in above said premises as per requirement of Engineer in Charge.

Providing services for sweeping of road from main gate to entrance of Admin cum academic building and Telephone Exchange Building and Energy block Including clearing both side of road soulder upto a distance of 1mtr. By cutting bushesetc for maintanance of jungle free in ARTTC Campus peripherial to admin bldg and staff Qtr. as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in-charge.

Supply and stacking godrez Aer Power packet and similar for bath room fragrance of different smells of approved Quality and as per the direction of Engineer - in Charge).
