Dismantling of corrugated or semi corrugated Asbestos Cement (AC) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hook bolts and washers as in roof covering, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 6 mm thick asbestos cement two-piece adjustable plain wing ridge fixed with GI L-type or J type or cranked hook bolt, nutand washers as in roof covering, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel workof any description not otherwise provided for

S & F of mild steel work as in wind ties for foof including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. complete all as specified and directed .

S & F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed or laid/inserted to GI frame work as in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mps as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting or uprooting grass/shrub/tree on old mud phuska, walls chajjas removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface and preparing to receive new plaster, cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall /concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L Rendring 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement

S&F GI chicken wire on wall fixing with nails for plastering work complete all as directed .

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of OBD over a coat of primer by roller application on newly plaster wall surfaces incl complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing treatment of roof treatment/ parapet , Mud puska on roof /parapet including plastering, brick tiles, stone slabs and leeping any thickness including removal of debris from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L average thickness 25mm for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), as in padding / levelling course for maintain to proper slope of roof including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 200ml /50kg of cement as per manufacturer's instruction finished surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down of complete existing cement plaster etc complete all as specified. (Note : WPC will be measured & paid for separately).

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid),ISI marked.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. (i) Properly cleaning and drying concrete surfaces to receive the new treatment. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm (iii) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm incl cleaning surfaces. (iv) Laying unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, polymeric water proofing membrane Hyperplas standard wt not less than 3kg /Sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction. (v) Applying a coat of aluminium paint @ 100 gm/ Sqm over & incl a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/ sqm duly sanded over polymeric membrane complete Note:- The polymeric water proofing membrane shall be extended upto parapet walls and inserted in walls by cutting groove and making good with cement mortar 1:3 as directed.
