NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered incl removing cornices, pilasters by brooming down to remove all dust, dirt and all loose scales and other foreign matter and smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt, oil & grease spots by steel wire brushes or steel scrapers, etc and applying one coat of white wash to walls to obtain uniform surface including making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1 above but on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1 above above but one coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls plastered or unplastered, Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer including making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1 above above but one coat of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 8 above but in over head tank structures exceeding 12 metres height from the average ground level but not exceeding 20 metres height complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete as directed by Engr-in-charge

Writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets with synthetic enamel paints complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description and the like on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with integral water proofing compound (IWPC Measured and paid seperately) on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound (liquid admixture) complete all as per manufacturer's instruction.

M & L for 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick in CM 1:3 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, necessary clamps fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing 500 Liters tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.
