Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cu m of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm using paving bitumen VG 30 grade including rolling complete all as specified.

M&L preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and using mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 grade at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen for laying bituminous macadam all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant and spreading with machenical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient and for uniform smooth surface by using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as directed and directed.

M&L for laying 2.5mm thick hot applied thermo plastic road marking painting of uniform thickness with glass beads as per clause No 803 of MOST specification including cleaning of road surface heating of material within specified temperature limit for marking with necessary arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F reflective pavement marker of yellow/red colour (Cat Eye) with micro prismatic lense in both directions having thermoplastic body with flex resistant base and abrasion resistant creamer coating, fixing to road surfaces with special adhesive and hammer nails complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid in dry of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block reflective type, rubber moulded coloured any shape and size With Grey Cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc.; all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position n.exc 15 cm thickness below and above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type Type C1, 1:3:6 , (20 mm graded aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including taking dowl tiles wherever required including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all of quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for Brickwork with Old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix laid/roller and compacted reqd gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using Tandem roller / Power road roller 8-10 ton capacity road roller with paving Bitumen VG-30 all as per directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm stone aggregate as in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made of ABS/Fiber/Plastic of size 100 cm dia fixed cover & including 40mm bore MS pipe of 3 meter length duly power coated embeded in PCC 1:2:4 of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm and including excavation earth work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter Flat Rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

Scarifying or picking gravelled Exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep, macadam or bituminous macadam etc surfaces in area exc 400 sqm

M&L for 150mm thick in two layers (Compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of granite or basalt trap of grading 1 (63 to 40 mm size) grading 3(50 to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with Paving bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 600mm reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type D-2 using 40 mm stone aggregate as in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for in repair road delinator made out of M.S pipe having 75mm outer dia, thickness 1.4mm and 1200mm length, duly powder coated in black/white colour and to be embedded in PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) with 3 nos x75mm high intensity prismatic (HIP) reflective tapes and MS pipe having powder coated jali & mesh for reflector portion & for anti theft.Below the reflective band of red/yellow/white colour high intensity micro prismatic type - IV tape (As per IRC 67/2010) of 75 mm each shall be provided complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary excavation for embedding of M S delinator shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted against this item.
