Dismantling a of old FLAP Valve and errection of replace Flap valve upto the size (Above 2 sq m and up to 8 sq.m ) with errection of hinge base and link to be supplied, seperately if required including hire charges of gas, gas cutting set, tools & plants, crane and scafolding. The cost also includes transportation upto 500m & stacking of old flap valve in the dept. godown or as directed by E.I.C

Surface cleaning of metal surfaces by chemical cleaners and then by hand with emary paper, wire brush and power tool cleaners and removing dust and preparation of surface including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, scaffolding, etc., complete with initial lead for sand upto 1 km and all lifts.

Painting of Gates of Distributory/Branch/Minor canal/ Pump Coloum pipe/Pump Discharge Pipe & other similar components prepared surfaces with one coats of zinc phosphate primer (airless spray preferred) 50microns/coat and one coat coaltar epoxy, 150 microns/coat including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc., complete with all leads and all lifts.
