1.Improvement of Burial Ground (Cremation Shed,CC Road,Compound Wall) at Velanjeri Village in Velanjeri Panchayat

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix Using 40 mm ISS HBG metal inculding cost and conveyance of all materails to site including all labour charges completed.

Brick work in CM 1:5mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement , two sand, and four hard broken stone) using 20 mm , gauge machine broken hard granite stones jelly for RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating Charges and centering and shuttering charges but including curing and Providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of slab,beams etc,shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three sand) 12 mm thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc.,as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification. Supplying and erecting centering of sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm X 60 cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angels of size 25 mm X 25mm X 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak( country wood) poists of size 10 cm X 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items. a) RCC floor slab roof slab rectangular square. Tee or Ell beams, lintels staircase waise slab landing slab , landing beam, portico beam etc.

Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 using 12mm thickness including all labour charges etc.completed with standard specification

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC items of work such as slabs,beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab,landing slab, etc.,with CEMENT MORTAR 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm, thick including the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshade and staircase steps, landing slabs, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Colour washing TWO coat with exterior emulsion using best quality and approved varity of colour including cost of all materials, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification
