Supply installation , testing, commissiong of 63 kVA, 11/0.433 kV 3-phase Distribution Transformer with Bi-metallic terminal connectors Energy level-2 (Aluminium Wound ) and with LV Cable box having detachable Aluminium Gland Plate

Supply, Erection, testing & commissioningof S.T Pole 9mtr Long SP-33 with base plate & cap for HT. Strictly as per REC standards

Supply, Erection, testing & commissioning of S.T Pole 8mtr Long SP-15 with base plate & cap for LT. Strictly as per REC standards

Supply , Laying, stringing, tensioning & binding of ACSR 30mmsq (Weasel) Conductor

Supply, Carriage, Laying, stringing, tensioning & binding of of ACSR 50mmsq (Rabbit) Conductor

Providing & fixing of 75x40x6mm Channel iron for x-mer frame- 6Nos 8' long and 100x50x6 mm 2NOs 8' long for DT and 35x35x5 mm 9' long Angle Iron 2 No. for DT belts and 50x50x6 mm 8' long Angle iron 2 No for distribtion box including clamps, Nuts and Bolts.

Supplying and erection of MS Channel “V’ cross-arm (75 x 40x6mm) with MS Angle Pole Top Bracket (50x50x6 mm) including back clamps of 50X8 mm for fixing V-Cross arm and pole top bracket without making holes in the ST pole as per REC standard for single pole [email protected] kg each

Supplying and fixing of pole Earthing Complete by GI Pipe or GI rod 20mm 40 mm 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip(25x3 mm) to each HT and LT pole

Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide and two coats of Aluminium paint as per Standards. This also includes numbering of ploes with paint, submission of Pre and Post Execution photographs duly anthenticated by AEE concrened.

Supply,fixing, testing & commissioning of 11KV Pin Polymer Insulators with GI pins complete.

Cement bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC Standards 0.5cum/pole

LT Distribution box for63 kVA DTR with MCCB for incomer and SFUs for outgoing circuits as per REC standards

Providing & fixing of LT Shackles Insulator with GI mukhi clamps including nuts & bolts

Supply, laying of 70 mmsq Single Core XLPE, FRLS unaroumed Cable

Supply and fixing of earthing of sub station-Excavation of earth pit of dia 650 mm & depth 3000mm,installation of earthing pipe of 40mm Nominal bore and 4mm wall thickness and length 2.5 mtr long as per IS 1239 GI strip for neutral earthing of size25x3mm for connection of transformer body,GO set and lighting arrestor as per IS 2629/85,GI nuts and Bolts,refilled with earth enhancement material and earth chamber made of brick masonary with RCC slab cover.

Providing, Fixing of GI nuts and bolts for fixing of x-arms and other accessories.
