Note :- Whereever the wall surfaces disturbed due to cutting of wall for insertion of DBs and conduit that wall to be finished with cement mortar, bricks and putties as per matching of existing colour and cement work, using copper thimbles for all connection in VTPN included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing of MCCB of capacity 100 Amp, 4 pole, 415 volt, short circuit breaking capacity not less than 16KA , thermal magnetic trip, setting 80-100%, Icu-100% Ics confirming to IEC-947, IS-13947, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc., including making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 63 Amps, 10 KA 'C' curve 230 V AC, 50 Hz including necessary attachment including taking down old unserviceable MCB SPN, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SP suitable for 230 volts AC supply 5/6 to 32 Amps, SP rupturing capacity not less than 10KA, 'C' Curve, 1 Module including taking down old unserviceable MCB SP, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan steel body 300 mm sweep with and including blades, frame and louvers, 230V, single phase AC supply, including making exhaust hole outlet way on walls as per site requirements, hanging on wall with 4 Nos steel fastners 10mm dia 100mm long and making good the disturbed surface as per existing surfaces, and connection to fan with suitable flexible twin core round copper wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Srl Number of exhaust fan and 'GE North BTD' shall also be written on fan with red colour permanent marker, cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account. Note :- (i) Srl Number of geyser and 'GE North BTD' shall also be written on geyser with red colour permanent marker, cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account, Srl number will be issued by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring complete with two single core 6 sqmm,1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH with continuous copper earth conductor of 6 sqmm of same specifications, in & including PVC rigid concealed conduit (heavy duty) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM.

Supply, laying and testing LT cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 core from pole to bldg all as specified and directed..

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, for taking out old pipe and laying new pipe line, for laying cable etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and filling local sand cushioning , with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR–Part-I before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- For measurement purpose, punned thickness shall be measured and paid i.e 18cm.)

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity GI wire 4 mm (upto test point from earth plate i.e. 7.5m min) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including making of test point. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover and (including steel for cover) PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary form work, excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part – I) including taking out/dismantling old unserviceable earthing system complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply and fixing of PVC insulated, unseathed multistranded, three core twisted copper flexible cable of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing powder coated aluminium anodised frame (partition, door, ventilator, window) made out of aluminium section/ aluminium chanel, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron), for doors, windows, ventilators, partition with one or more rebate including jointing cleat for fixing etc. including taking down old unserviceable frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Weight of aluminium section/ aluminium channel shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by Accepting officer and payment shall be made only after the actual weight at site.

Supply & fixing powder coated aluminium window/ ventilator/ door shutter, made out of aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including aluminium hardware i.e. necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, suitable size of aluminium handles 2 Nos and aluminium hinges 04 Nos in each leaf (size of handle and hinge as directed), anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc including fixing of glass, including taking down old shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Aluminium chowkhat frame shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply and fixing. (ii) Glass and other filling material in panels shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply & fixing 5.5mm thick tinted sheet glass ordinary quality figured glass pin head in squares not exceeding 0.5sqm in each pane (for new door/window) and fixed in any type of doors/windows/ventilators with wooden bead/pin tacked/with oil putty etc. as required or as directed including cutting of glass as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing aluminium (extruded section) body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight between 61 to 80 Kg, ISI marked complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tack or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other means, and preparing the surfaces smooth (by using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of oil bound distemper (washable), as approved tint/colour by using paint roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, brooming and washing down and preparing the surfaces smooth and after that applying chalk whitening, preparatory to distempering and after preparing the surface smooth applying two coats of oil bound distemper (washable) as per approved tint/colour by using paint brush or roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - Each stage i.e after complete removal and before applying OBD as specified above, the surface shall be passed in writing by the Enigineer-in-charge.
