Providing reorientation and reinstallation of Solar PV panels on 50 KWP on Grid Solar Plant installed at Nirman Bhawan building HPPWD Shimla.

Re-installation/refixing of existing solar PV panels of capacity 30kWp out of 50kWp installed on rooftop of HPPWD headquarters, including unloading,shifting and installation on exisitng/new mounting structure complete with necessary hardware, nuts,bolts,clamps, alignment, reconnection of DC cables,checking of polarity, tightening of connections and ensuring proper working of solar plant, complete in all respects as required with best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of G.I purlins of suitable size required for solar PV modules mounting structure including drilling,alignment and fixing with suitable nuts,bolts,washers and clamps complete as required for proper installation of solar panels with best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 1.1KV grade multi strand copper conductor DC cable of size 4 sq.mm between solar PV array and DCDB including termination with suitable lugs,ferruling,dressing of cables and testing complete as required with best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of 3 Phase 4 wire solar energy meter suitable for grid connected solar PV system inlcuding necessary wiring , mounting,connections ,tersting and commissioning complete as required with best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of pressure pump of suitable capacity(1 to 1.5hp) for cleaning of solar panels at rooftop of HPPWD headquater building, the pressure pump shall offer a minimum offer pressure of 35 bar (500psi), this shall also includes piping connections of pump and suitable outlet points at various locations complete in all respects as required with best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
