Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of debries outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not other wise specifically provided removal of debries outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete, sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash brick modular size in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) in channel & drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster / terrazzo of any description thickness including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete including removal of debries outside MD land complete all specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished the surfce even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 including form work set in cement mortar (1:4)complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups,spaces and binders cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra froming fair finished in drain or channel 40 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc.

Use & waste for form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab , landing and similar work; not exc 200 mm thick horizontal or sloping, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircases, railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls with rough finished surfaces etc.

M&L two coat of syntetic enamel paint over new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described over one coat red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete.

S&F in repairs mild steel framed work such as guard bars/grills,grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes and milar works including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid & tested for 300 mm bore of pipe with cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 2 with one collar per length of pipe laid in trenches of 600 mm bore diameter of pipe and jointed as specified complete all as specified and directed.
