Clearing of jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, bushes, trees and saplings of the girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Ploughing the existing ground to a depth of 15cm to 25 cm and watering the same in all kinds of soil

Providing and fitting of Aluminum Section for Door, Windows, and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular section (2.5''x 1.5") fixed with dash fasteners of required dia and size including necessary filling up of the gaps at junctions i.e., at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/gasket felt etc. The Aluminum 10’x7' with 6’x3' door having lock provision has to be covered at the top by way of fitting of Aluminum Sections on which particle board will be fixed to make it completely closed structure. The Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling C.P. Brass/Stainless Steel Screws all complete. The rate is inclusive of all fitments like handles, screws, bolts and other accessories required and the tools and tackles required at site to be arranged by the supplier/contractor (Aluminum should be hard commercial grade)

Providing and fitting of particle board/panels in the Aluminum Structure (ACP) at required positions including necessary filling up of the gaps at junctions i.e., at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/gasket felt etc.

Providing and fitting of Glass of 5mm thickness in the Aluminum Structure at required positions including necessary filling up of the gaps at junctions i.e., at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/gasket etc

Providing and fixing of Ply wood 5 ply with commercial ply on both faces 6mm thick for ceiling 7’x 10’=70’ sqft = 5.61 sqm

Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 meters and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil 3’ x 5 x 3” x2 =7.5 ft3 3’ x 27’ x 3 “ = 20.25 ft3

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth With bond stone (Nallah)

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work up to plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sands: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size 0.79 + 0.49 ( cabin 7’ x 10’ x 3” )

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Foundation, footings, bases for columns
