Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:6 complete finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:4 complete finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for preparation of new surface and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall, ceiling complete removal of existing treatment and washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying 1mm thick wall care putty on walls and after drying the surfaces sand the putty smooth before painting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal reistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon aditives at 1.43 ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.90ltr/10sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling including one coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge
