Surface excavation in hard dense soil n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in Hard/dense soil of complete all as specified and directed.

M &L hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 0.63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick , watered and rolled /rammed to a true surface of complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) cement concrete as base and sub base of complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed coloured precast with grey cement and pigment conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over a layer of 25mm thick sand cushion complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L Hydraulic pressed chequered cement concrete colour tiles 300mmx300mmx 25mm, set, jointed and pointed in thick neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with white cements and pigments including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L light shade Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished , area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured pigment to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The Calcium Silicate board must be fixed to the GI frame and joints to be properly filled in with POP paste and paper tape tp get a leveled smooth ceiling. Recessing of the Calcium Silicate board for light fixture must be done along with extera frame work of GI shhet section to hold the concealed light fixtures etc. including cost of two or more coats to give an even shade of plastic enamel paint on ceiling with 2mm thick putty work complete with desighner ceiling (with part ply, laminate and cover) as requiredand directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fittings, fixings and handing over the outdoor benches three seater (Cast iron & FRP top fibre Victoria Bench) with connected planks of long bench make ARIHANT or Techno commercialy equivalent as approved by AGE (I) of fully complete at site with including all accessories and fixtures ,labours etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 M in depth for foundation etc and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil exe 250m but not exe 500 m and deposited complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for R.C.C nominal mix 1:1:2 of using graded stone aggregate in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves, Chajja etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC nominal mix 1:1:2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in columns, pillars, piers, post and struts etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs,floor slabs,landings and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers,columns, and stanchions fair finish surface

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M&L Granite galaxy 20mm thick factory made polished fixed with cement slurry pointing with coloured pigment to match the granite including cutting to shape, grinding, polishing, bulnosing etc in floors, WHB, tread & riser of stair case, stone benches, floors, vertical surfaces etc.,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding and including back coat of rendering cement mortar on brick wall or concrete surfaces of removing and skirting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing Decorative Stainless Steel railing upto 1.00m height with modular passive stainless steel 'weld free' railing system at suitable locations and at levels of approved size and shape conforming to grade AISI 304 with necessary componenets using expansion and ball socket jointing system consisting with fittings of grade AISI 304 as per JIS standard 3448 with press type fitting and fixing of the pipe with clamps at including cutting and making good the walls and floor surfaces of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The pipe length inserted in the fitting shall not be measured for payment)
