Remuneration of laboratory personnel for performing day to day laboratory activities in Baruipur Sub-District Water Tetling Laboratory under sonth 24-Pgs. WS Divn.-I PHE Dte. as per direction of E.I.C.

(a) Chemist :- (1 Person)

(b) Bacteriologist :- (1 Person)

(c) Sampling Assistant :- (1 Person)

(d) Laboratory Assistant :- (1 Person)

(e) Sample Collector-Cum-Lab Assistant :- ( 1 Person)

Employees contribution of ESIC @ 0.75% & EPF @ 12 % of the Basic remuneration is to be deducted

Chargcs for collection of additional water samples maximum up to 40 nos. above at least 10 nos. samples per month by Chemist, Laboratory Attendant, Sampling Assistant & Lab Assistant will be paid Rs. 50.00 per additional sample subject to maximum amount of Rs. 2000/- per month as per direction of E.l.C. [5 person X 40 Samples/month X 12 months = 2400.0 nos

Festival Bonus

(a) Chemist :- (1 Person)

(b) Bacteriologist :- (1 Person)

(c) Sampling Assistant :- (1 Person)

(d) Laboratory Assistant :- (1 Person)

(e) Sample Collector-Cum-Lab Assistant :- (l Person)

c) Provision for additional payment forwards festival bonus only if the present bonus rate (i.e. Rs.6800.00/year) is increased by Govt. Order effective within the considered period of work. [Fund provision has been kept to accommodate future rate enhancement upto l5%]

Cost of sundries and acid for washing of Glass wares etc. for laboratory activities.

Day to day maintenance of instrument, equipments & including cost of chemicals, re-agents, standard solution for calibration of different instrument and any other materials required for the work complete.
