Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) coloured solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum oxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal trength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardantand fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 30mm thick factory made wire mesh solid WPC door shutter both side laminated of approved shade/design consisting of Density 600 Kg /Cbm Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified Company , Door to be panelled with SS mosquito Mesh and XTN aluminium Mesh for additional strength and safety purpose. (confirming as per IS:4020). The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having screw holding capacity. Door to be fixed to frame with 3 nos. M.S powder coated butt hinges size 100mmx25mmx2mm and 32mm long steel screws drilled suitable to pass through both the walls of the M.S tube.Other hardwares should be fixed with 19x6mm size steel screws etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge, manufacturer's specification & drawings.

S&F30 mm thick Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid flush door shutter of both side laminated of approved shade/design comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately

S&F Solid WPC frame (Single Rebated) of approved colour of size 50mm x 75mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life) complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Factory Made 24 mm thick 100% Solid WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) Laminated Flush door Shutter of required size and colour (one side decorative other side plain ) comprising of virgin PVC and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded ( Inner ) having good screw holding capacity Minimum Compissive of 50 N/mm2, of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free.Water/ Moisture Proof and Fire Retardant complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 300mm long stain less steel SS-304 heavy grade designer sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing bolt with rolled or drawn brass bolts and fixed with door complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge
