SH-I:Supply & Laying Of Cables

Supply of XLPE/PVC insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor Unarmoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part I) 1978 with upto date amendments etc as required for the following sizes.(Make : As per approved list.) a)4 x 6 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required. a)up to 35 sq mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. a) up to 35 sq mm(Clamped with 1mm thick clamp)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground ( 75 cm below ground level including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required as per EIC. (a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal).

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium/copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 grade etc. complete as required. a)4 x 6 sq.mm

SH II:Internal Electrification Works

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required i)2X1.5 sq.mm + 1X1.5 sq. mm

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required ii)2X2.5 sq.mm + 1X2.5 sq. mm

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required iii)2X4 sq.mm + 1X 4 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required as per EIC. (Butt without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 4 way (4+12) , doubledoor.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required as per EIC. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 2+6 way DP MCB DB , double door.

Supplying and fixing of 5 A to 32 A, rating "C" curve MCB suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections testing and commissioning etc. as requred. a)Single pole

Supplying and fixing following rating four pole,415 volts RCCB having a current sensitivity upto 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc. as requred. A)63 Amps

Supplying and fixing following rating four pole,415 volts isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc. as requred a)63 Amps

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 Amps. to 32 Amps. rating, 240 Volts, 'C' Series, MCB DP suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

SH III:SITC Of Perimeter light Poles,Light Fixtures ,ceiling Fans & Desert Coolers

Supply of 20 W LED V2 road lighting lumanarie consisting of single piece, integral, grey powder coated high pressure die-cast alminium housing, conecting strip, with IP 66 protection and impac resistance of IK 07 including driver mechanism complete as required suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz AC supply complete as required as per EIC. (Bajaj BRLEP 20 W LED V2 (OR) EQUIVALENT as per list of Approved make).

Supply of Street light poles made with 50 mm dia GI CLASS B PIPE,with single arm bracket not less than 1 Mtr. length and made of 40 mm dia Class B GI pipe with tilt angle not more than 20 degree including clamping arrangement and cable junction box containing 1 Nos. 6 amp SP B type MCB and mounting arrangement etc. complete as required as per EIC for the following Heights. a) 5 Mtr

Installation of the following GI street light poles ,Excavation including refilling as required Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarsesand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm(0.45x 0.45x 1.05)and below the pole suitable finishing on surface above the ground level etc complete as required.

Supplying and embedding following dia ISI Marked HDPE pipe (63 mm dia)in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required a)63 mm Dia

Installation ,testing and commissioning of 20 W LED fitting on existing 5 mtr pole with 2 x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable from cable looping box to etc. Complete as required as per EIC. A) ITC 20 W LED fittings

Supply of 18Watt Wall mounted LED Batten with polycarbonate housing and integrated electronic Driver complete as required(Model no: Bajaj BCLSB 18 WH or Equivalent) as per approved make list.

Supply of 100Watt Wall mounted LED Flood light with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion and IP 66 Protection and integrated electronic Driver complete as required(Model no: Bajaj BARFEG 100 WH or Equivalent) as per approved make list.

Erection of wall bracket/ceiling LED fittings of all sizes and shapes, complete with all accessories including connnection etc. as required.

Supply of 1200mm sweep, Brown colour ceiling fans suitable for 230 volt 50 HZ Supply, with 30 cm down rod and other accessories, canopies, with out regulator etc. as required as per EIC(Model no: Bajaj Frore or Equivalent as per approved make list)

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan , including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc. as required.

Supplying & fixing steeped type electronic fan regulator on the existung switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc as required.

SITC of 22 SWG GI sheet desert cooler(size 660mmX660mmX825mm) suitable to operate on 1-phase 230V 50 Hz AC Supply,Min 180W power , 3 speed control, (Khaitan or equivalent make) 500 mm sweep cooler fan alongwith Tank capacity 60 ltr, with submersible pump and piano type switches for control of pump and fan along with suitable trolly/stand/MS angle fixing arrangement on wall etc. complete as required as per EIC at site.

SH IV: Earthing

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 m long x 40 mm dia. including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal /coke and salt complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia, G.I. wire in 15 mm. dia, G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing alongwith the existing surface/recessed conduit / submain wiring/cable etc. as required.

SH V: SITC Of RO & Water Cooler

S.I.T.C. of self contained drinking water cooler of 80 liters storage and 60 liters cooling capacity with full stainless steel body suitable for operation on 230 Volts +/- 10%, 50 Hz. Single phase A.C. supply,R134a Refrigerant,RECIP type compressor etc. as required as per EIC.(Make-BLUE STAR SDLX680 or equivalent as per approved make list).

S.I.T.C. of self contained drinking water cooler of 150 liters storage and 150 liters cooling capacity with full stainless steel body suitable for operation on 230 Volts +/- 10%, 50 Hz. Single phase A.C. supply,R22 Refrigerant,Rotatry type compressor etc. as required as per EIC.(Make-BLUE STAR SDLX15050 or equivalent as per approved make list).

SITC of minimum 50 LPH capacity compact wall mounted type Packaged Reverse Osmosis System (RO system) with Filter cartridge including with Sediment,activated carbon,UF,post carbon,Thin film composit RO membrane UF membrane of 0.1-.001 Micron Suitable to operate Single Phase 100-250V 50HZ AC supply,120W power consumption and other accessories required to connect this RO system with the Storage Water coolers including fixing the same on wall and making connections from existing line to water cooler etc as required as per EIC.(Make-KENT Elite Plus or equivalent as per approved make list).
