Inspection of water cooler by expert machanic or service engineer and servicing of water cooler of any capacity/type/make installed at different units at Basoli, Janglote and Madhopur area at site including disconnecting electric and water connection of water cooler finding of defect, if any, including dismantling of compressor, relay, capacitor, thermostat, motor, PVC hose pipe, condensing coil in presence of BOO, including fixing new spares complete all as required, as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) The new spare parts required to make the water cooler serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items. (ii) Transportation charges for carrying the plant from site to workshop and back at site incl testing & fixing are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Replacement of minor spare parts whose cost are less than 100 rupees including cleaning of water tank, serciving etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates. no extra cost shall be paid for the same.

Supply only Hermetic compressor unit for water cooler of 40/80 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Blue star/Kirlosker/LG or its Equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only Hermetic compressor unit for water cooler of 60/120 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Blue star/Kirlosker/LG or its Equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only starting relay CAJ-2612 capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Electrical/Klixion/Hi Tech or its Equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only over load protection relay suitable for any cap of water cooler capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make :- L&T/Klixion or its Equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only starting capacitor 40/80 Mfd for any cap of water cooler capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make :- L&T/Usha or its Equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only starting capacitor 100/120 Mfd for any cap of water cooler capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make :- L&T/Usha or its Equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only thermostat suitable for any cap water cooler capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Danfoss/Uaha/Ranutroll or its Equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only fan motor of capacity 1/10 to 1/35 HP 50c/s, 230 volts capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make :- AUE/Khaitan/Crompton or its Equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and Labour for replacement of old damage rusted water cooler body with new water cooler body fabricated from MS Sheet 18 Guage thick, necessary angle iron work of required size, cleaning, washing the sheet with moderate solution, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including writing MES/SM number with white paint of appropriate size complete all as specified and as directed.

Inspaction and servicing of Deep Freezer by expart machanic or service engineer of deep freezer of any cap/type/make installed at different units at Basoli, Janglote and Madhoupur area at site, finding of defect in presence of BOO including dismentling of compressor, relay, capacitor, thermostat, motor, condensing coil , door, rubber gasket, ice box assembly including fixing new spares complete as required all as specified and directed. (a) The new spare parts required to make the water cooler serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items. (b) Transportation charges for carrying the plant from site to workshop and back at site incl testing & fixing are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (c) Replacement of minor spare parts whose cost are less than 100 rupees including cleaning of water tank, serciving etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates. no extra cost shall be paid for the same.

Supply only hermetic compressor unit of deep freezer of 300-320 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only fan motor for deep freezer 300Ltrs of suitable capacity as per existing complete all as specified and directed. Make :- AUE/Khaitan/Crompton or its Equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only door complete including proper insulation and rubber seal, for deep freezerr of 300-320 ltr capacity complete .

Servicing/ Inspection of AC window type of any cap/type/make installed at different units at Basoli, Janglote and Madhopur area at site, finding of defect including dismentling of compressor, blower motor, evaporating coil, relay, thermostat, condensing coil , including fixing new spares complete as required all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note (i) The new spare parts required to make the water cooler serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items. (ii) Transportation charges for carrying the plant from site to workshop and back at site incl testing & fixing are deemed to be included in quoted rates. S&F in replacement of old unserviceable/damage submersible water pump with new submersible water pump , AC operated, single phase, capacity 1/20 HP, 240 Volts suitable for desert cooler and making necessary connection to power supply including flexible PVC tubing of required size,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable/ damage capacitor, 4 Mfd, 50Hz, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs switch piano type 5 Amp, flush type, single pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for spray painting of Desert cooler of any Capacity & Make with one coat of synthetic enemal paint after scraping & cleaning the surface complete all as directed .

Supply & fix fan blades set (Steel) for desert cooler in replacementas as per sample kept in GE office , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix PVC distributorsin replacement with PVC Elbows/junction/bend for desert cooler complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable gate valve and supply and fix new 15 mm dia bore gun metal gate valve conforming to IS with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.
