Demolition of RCC work (reinforced) as Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work including removal of debris’s from site and cleaning the premises etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of Remove salvage from the MOD land shall be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid at later stage on this account. stage. (ii) Cost of executing the work at any height at (G+2) building shall be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid at later stage on this account.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing all the material from the site etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Contractor shall be arrange scaffolding and other tools/plants for taking down of plaster and safety equipments at G+2 Bldgs. The cost of arrangement of scaffolding and other material shall be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid at later stage on this account. (ii) The salvage material received from demolition shall be removed from site due out side the MOD land. The quoted rates are deemed to be included the cost of removal. Nothing is extra paid on this account.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The salvage material received from demolition shall be removed from site due out side the MOD land. The quoted rates are deemed to be included the cost of removal. Nothing is extra paid on this account.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing all the demolished material out of defence land etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate of removing of demolished material from MOD land shall be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid at later stage on this account.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing the demolished material out side of defence land etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate of removing of demolished material from MOD land shall be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid at later stage on this account.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as under floor tiles finished the surface even and rough etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floors etc., laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, over and including roughening existing surface in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of cutting of tiles in any shape and size shall be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid at later stage on this account.

Note : The cost of cutting of tiles in any shape and size shall be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid at later stage on this account.

Taking up or down 15mm dia bore pipe PVC tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store etc complete all as specified and directed.

Edge Banding tape 18mm wide of same colour of shutter will be provided on all the edges of shutter complete as per Manufacturesrs specification and drawing etc complete all as specified and directed. S&F anodized aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing all as per CEJZ drg No TD/2004/34(R) sht 1/2 to 2/2, powder coated of any colour as approved (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, anodized aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (01 No) , hinges type B-21, 100 mm long (2 Nos), tower bolt, suitable handle etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron) aluminium 3 track window with aluminium sections in approved colour including supply and fixing 5mm thick plain glass, wire mesh, aluminium shutter handle, shutter lock PVC track gasket, EPDM rubber gasket on glass of weather tightening along with lock, including sealing any gap between window and marble/wall with silicon sealing making it water proof in all manner etc complete all as per TD Drg No. CEJZ TD/2004/65R and as specified by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm, single side prelam PVC sheet used and edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet, reinforced with MS square tube & fixing in opening including hold fast etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The SS Butt hings shall be paid separately as supply only under respective items)

S&F factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter with particle board core 28 to 30mm thick (Stiles) with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on front face & 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying and fixing in frame at site as per specification etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel cupboard shutter with frame, Godrej pattern made out of 22 guage mild steel sheet including chromium plated MS handle with proper locking arrangement (brass mortice lock vertical type size 65mm 4 lever with escutcheon plates & two keys) with & including two coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer including fixing with 6 Nos 12 mm dia bolt 150mm long grouted in brick wall/concrete including making good the disturbed surface as original etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The measurement shall be taken of front elevation and not girth wise for payment purpose.

S & F in repairs Stainless steel Curtain rod not less than 25 mm dia with chromium plated including both sides finnials and bracket fancy type fixed in position by drilling holes in walls and fixed the brackers with rawl plug and steel screw etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection. Plinth protection laid to slope 1 in 30 in bays not exceeding 2 mtr in length. Exposed surfaces shall be finished even and fair without using extra cement. Joints of 6mm wide and 10mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with Old size Fly ash ’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platform, staircase treads and like jointed over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The colour of Granite shall be approved by GE and the same shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. No misunderstanding shall be entertained at later stage.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone 20-25 mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar set over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade including rubbing and polishing including 10 mm thick screed /rendering in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for grinding/polishing of existing terrazo/Kota stone in flooring and skirting/dado using suitable size of grinder stone butty as per requirement including fill up of joints/disturbed portion with filling material of floor etc and to the entire satisfaction of GE etc complete all as specified and directed in the following stages:- (a) FIRST STAGE : Washing cleaning, joint filling(where required) by using grey/white cement and grinding the floor by using suitable butty to achieve smooth, spotless surfaces. (b) FINAL STAGE : Again cleaning, washing and grinding the floor by using suitable butty and polishing with bee wax polish to receive smooth floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding the edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling holes for pipes etc in cooking platform stone slab including RCC slab not exc. 25mm dia and exc. 100mm depth etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 faces other than fair of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick rendering in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings (with sunshed, chajja etc) and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. M&L for Rough cast plaster on exterior walls applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12mm ) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. Treatment for sunken portion is as follows :- M & L for water proofing treatment in sunken floors as described here under:- (i) Demolition of PCC in sunken portion /floors and Cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. Provision of 40mm thick average PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including S& f in repair 40 mm dia, 450 mm long medium grade spout pipe and cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for the same (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces at bottom and sides up to floor level with 15 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by weight of cement consumed including filling it with water to check dampness and seepage and where dampness / seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI/PVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty Sikaguard 694 F(I) or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE.

(iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE in two coats @ 3kg/sqm to sanwiched with glass fibre reinforcement: Sika Fab-1 or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE over base coat as per manufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion.

(vi) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint . (vii) The sunken floor shall be filled with lean concrete 1:5:10, type E-2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate) Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. (i) Polymeric membrane shall be laid in sunken floor and on sides upto finished floor level (ii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iii) Cost of testing and all M&L including above aspects shall be inclued in the quoted rates by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid at later stage on this account.

S&F Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. not exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall be arrange scaffolding and other tools/plants and safety equipments at G+2 buildings The cost of arrangement of scaffolding and other material & labours shall be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.
