Supply of New 400 Nos. fully built BS-VI diesel Mofussil buses for KSRTC

PAST EXPERIENCE: The Tenderer must have manufactured, tested supplied the chassis upto at least 80% of the tendered quantity in any one of the last last three financial years. i.e. 320 nos. (80 percentage of 400 Nos) during 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26. Purchase Orders (PO) placed by: (Name & full address of the purchaser) ii) PO Number & date. iii) Description and quantity of goods Ordered. iv)Value of the order.

BB- PAST EXPERIENCE: The bus body builder must have constructed, supplied Type-I or Type-II (Mofussil or city type) buses with wheelbase in the range of 210 inches and above at least up to 50 percentage of the tendered quantity, cumulative in two years out of last three financial years.i.e. 200 Nos. (50 percentage of 400) during 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. To furnish the relevant documents for the following: i) Work Orders (WO) placed by: (Name & full address of the purchaser) ii) WO Number & date. iii) Description and quantity of goods ordered. iv) Value of the order.

TURNOVER: The Minimum annual turnover should be two times the estimated cost of the tender i.e. Rs.304.00 Crores (Total estimated cost of the tender is Rs.152.00 Crores X 2 times) in any two financial years out of last five financial years i.e. during 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. a) Tenderers should furnish the Audited copy of the Annual Accounts duly certified by the Chartered Accountant and the authorized signatory of the Company for any two financial years out of last five financial years. b) The Tenderers should submit annual GST returns acknowledged by the concerned Tax Authority along with the Pre-qualification offer for any two financial years out of last five financial years. c) The Tenderers should enclose a verification certificate from the Chartered Accountant stating that the turnover details furnished in the audited statement of accounts have been verified by him and that are found correct.

BB-TURNOVER: Minimum annual turnover should be Rs. 60 Crores in at least two financial years out of last five financial years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. a) Tenderers should furnish the Audited copy of the Annual Accounts duly certified by the Chartered Accountant and the authorized signatory of the Company for the two financial years out of last five financial years. b) The Tenderers should submit annual GST returns acknowledged by the concerned Tax Authority along with the Pre-qualification offer for the two financial years. C) The Tenderers should enclose a verification certificate from the Chartered Accountant stating that the turnover details furnished in the audited statement of accounts have been verified by him and that are found correct

The Tenderer should be a registered chassis manufacturer. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/Certificate obtained as per the Companies Act.

The Tenderer should possess the Type Approval Certificate for their model of chassis from any authorized testing agency listed under Rule 126 Central Motor Vehicle Rules-1989. Should produce a Copy of the TAC issued by authorized testing agency listed under Rule 126 Central Motor Vehicle Rules-1989 for offered model of chassis in the Tender.

BB-The Tenderer Should be a registered Bus Body Builder. Copy of the SSI or NSIC or MSME certificate or certificate of incorporation issued by registrar of companies indicating the business as a bus body builder.

BB- Accreditation Certificate: Should have Accreditation Certificate under Rule CMVR 126 of Central Motor Vehicle Rules-1989. Copy of the Valid (as on last date for submission of tender) Accreditation Certificate issued by the authorized testing agency recognized under Rule 126 of Central Motor Vehicle Rules-1989
