Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in deep getting out in hard/dense soil for stay assembly/laying of cable/errection of poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Material and labour for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6.0 Sqmm 2 core with required aluminium cable lugs including dismantling old/unservicable cable all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 6.00 here-in-before but 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for renewal of Earthling of poles/system with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of nuts,bolts and washers and encased in and inclduing 40mm dia GI light grade pipe upto 2.4 mtr height from ground level fixed by MS flat iron clamp 40mmx5mm with nut , bolt and washers. GI strip fixed to base along pole and connected to exisiting system with alternate layers of charcoal dust, salt packed around plate 150mm thick including watering GI pipe, medium grade 20mm dia, 1.5mtr ling fixed to funnel with wire mesh complete with PCC chamber and RCC chamber cover all as Electrical plate No. 3 SSR part I-2009 including excavation and earth work in any type of starta and testing on completion. (Note:- GI strip and GI pipe beyond 7.5M long shall be measured and paid separately) Note : The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil charcoal 7 salt in alternate layers , 20mm GI pipe( light grade ) for watering , 40mm GI protection pipe ( light grade ) funnel , wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 tpe C-1 cast iron frame and 40 mm thick RCC cover for pit ect & no extra payment will be made.

S&F GI tubing light grade 50mm bore, ISI marked, for cable protection in road crossing all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor , served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 4.0 sqmm from OH conductor to building or from pole to pole incl dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 11.00 here-in-before but 6.0 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of LED Solar Street light fitting of any make any model fitted on the pole at any height with any type of fixing arrangement by checking all connections, replacing the drivers/ Controller, surge protection device, control wiring copper wire and lugs, battery, solar PV modules all as directed by Engineer in charge. Comprehensive maintenanace also includes taking down street light fitting of any capacity from any height from the pole and increase or decrease the height of the fixing arrangement by removing the bent pipe and clamps and refixing it to the proper height and removing all the hanging wires, cables, PVC pipes, old rusted clamps, hanging aluminium wires, hanging grasses etc and tightening of all nuts, bolts, clamps and fixing of the street light at proper direction to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge) Spares under Comprehensive Maint should be measured and paid seperately complete all as specified and directed Notes:- (i) T&P including ladder for repair works shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Spare parts required to be replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (iii) Repair team for the street lights shall be available all the time to carry out maintanance works.

Supply and fixing the following spares for Solar street lights of make as per existing at site for the following in replacement :-

S & F Electronic driver suitable for Solar LED street lights upto 40 watts capacity. Make of the driver should be as per the existing manufacturer all as specified and directed.

S & F Battery suitable for Solar LED street light of 40 watts capacity of existing make and model fixed on pole with all fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing charge controller/ smart solar street light controller for existing Solar LED street light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LED 40W solar light including wiring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Security light Bracket made out of galvanised steel light grade pipe of 40mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos mild steel clamp 50mm x 50mm and 04 sets of nuts, bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl dismantling taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of 200 watts flood light Warm white in colour, LM6 aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure, with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete ,Single phase, etc fixing in MS chanel by drilling hole of suitable , size, using nut, bolts and washers of suitable size including suitable mounting structure on existing pole as reqd at the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminium /GI strip of any size and type from site complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in replacement of aluminum strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles from above test point to Air Termination rods inter connections including brazing for joints copper/brass nuts , bolts /washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall/laid on roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for fixing in replacement of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm for earth continuity from test point to aluminium conductors above for inter connections including brazing for joints copper/brass nuts, bolys/ washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall/trenches etc complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in replacement of Air termination, single pointed aluminum rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long laying at proper distance as per direction of Engr-in-Charge incl all cutting /welding complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in replacement of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x 75x75 mm drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 8 mm dia head screw complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Solar Water Heating system Collector or tube type and Suppy & Fixing new, evacuated tube type panel set of 500 LPD to 1000 LPD capacity complete with side holder necessary modification to the bracket frame/ inlet/ outlet connection of water incl connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 22.00 above but of 250 LPD to 500 LPD capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair hot water pipe line upto 25mm dia (heavy grade) duly insulated with glass wool/ any other heat insulating material not less that 50mm thick layer including and aluminium cladding by 1.5 mm thick sheet, over the insulation firmly locked in perfect round shape complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Heating Element capacity 3.0KW (as per existing sample) ISI Marked round/ tringular base, push type or thread type including rubber washer suitable for Solar water heater of capacity 250 Ltrs to 1000 Lts capacity including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Thermostat ISI Marked, (as per existing sample) suitable for Solar water heater of cap 250 Ltrs to 1000 Lts capacity including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of tank leakage with suitable soldering of Solar water heater (any make) of capacity 500 Ltrs to 1000 Ltrs in situ by Authorised dealer and of existing company with testing after repairs upto delivery point of water, incl all connected accessories complete and taking down/ opened/ replaced the parts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for ser Item Nos 27.00 and 28.00 :- (i) Make of Spares/ Servicing/ replacement of parts will be carried out by Auth service agency of existing make of Solar Water Heater).

S&F self ballasted Invertor type LED Retrofit Bulb 5 Star Bulb rated, 9/12 Watt Providing atleast 6 Hour Backup with PBT body shell and PC diffuser. 210 degree wide distruction CCT 6500K, B-22 cap, (Pin type), 230V, PF-0.95 (min) incl dismantling taking out unserviceable CFL/LED Bulb complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling complete solar water heating system of capacity 2000 LPD including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete. Checking thoroughly for repair ,taking out the solar energy collector panel of solar water heating system row carefully and setting aside for re-use after repairs.Removing the glass covers carefully and setting aside at safe place for re-use and carry out following repair works- (a) Dismantling the solar panel descaling of hot water pipes by using appropriate chemicals, cleaning and washing all copper tube throughly cleaning the complete panel, making the tubes scale free, and re-assembling the panel. (b) Brazing the leaking broken copper tubes & fins with copper alloy brazing rod to make the panel water tight (c) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks. (d) replacement of worn out missing nuts bolts, washers, union sockets, flanges and screws etc .After sucessfully repair of the complete system re-fixing back in existing position and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-All other materials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.)

Supply and fixing in repairs compressed glass wool 50 mm thick between solar energy collector panel copper tubes frame and aluminium body of panel including securing it on panel by means of necessary adhesives all as directed all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs aluminium sheet cover 1mm thick to protect glass wool on solar energy collector panel, fixing with frame of solar panel by means of screws all as directed and recommended by manufacturer.

Supply and fixing in repairs hot water tank of capacity 200 ltrs,SS-304, including provision for inlet and out let of hot water, pressure release system.Hot water tank shall be made of 5 mm thick MS sheet duly insulated with glass wool / rock wool / Puf, aluminium / stainless steel cladding all around the tank and heat exchanger compartment etc complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs hot water tank of capacity 1000 ltrs, SS 304, including provision for inlet and out let of hot water, pressure release system.Hot water tank shall be made of 5 mm thick MS sheet duly insulated with glass wool / rock wool / Puf, aluminium / stainless steel cladding all around the tank and heat exchanger compartment etc complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs steel water tubing 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings for transportation of hot water from hot water tank to supply point duly insulated and insulation secured with tape and covered with aluminum sheet 1 mm thick all as recommended by the manufacture.

Supply and fill anti freezing chemical through heat exchanger tank of solar water heating sysytem. Making the whole system water tight and testing on completion.

Supply & Fixing Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 15 mm bore pipes.

Taking out old unserviceable and S&F LED street light 90 watt, 230V complete with all accessories and including connecting up to ceiling rose with 0.5 sqmm three core copper flexible conductor cable, One GI medium grade 20mm dia bracket of total length 50 cm and fixed to wall with 2 Nos MS Clamp and fastener incl dismentling taking down unserviceable fitting any type all as specified and directed.

Taking down and repair at site LED street light fittings (25/45/60/70/150/160/200/250 watt, 230/240 volt of any make) and refixing the same in existing position after cleaning, dusting internally, externally including cleaning acrylic cover, replacement of unserviceable/defective part (s) of the fittings such as SV Lamp, Ballast, ignitor, capacitor, driver etc as required to make the fittings in smooth serviceable condition and testing complete and as directed. Supply & fix new company sealed reciprocating compressor unit for refrigerator whichever applicable of capacity 190 ltr to 321 ltr with required nuts, bolts & washers, connecting necessary copper tubings by gas welding/brazing, gas charging with R-134A after dismantling/taking out existing unserviceable/burnt compressor unit from the refrigerator in wksp and and testing after completion to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and user unit. Note : (i) Compressor unit shall be of 1st quality with compitable model and make of compressor shall be as recommended by the manufacturer of Refrigerator. (ii) Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule. (iii) Company test certificate and warranty certificate shall be submitted to dept.

M&L for servicing/maintenance of Deep Freezer of capacity 200L/310L in situ by cleaning of complete external surface, internal surface, trays, racks with required chemical solution removing all dirt, strains complete and checking serviceability of electrical circuit of unit, condenser unit, relays, thermostat, trays including replacement of unserviceable spares such as relays, capacitors, thermostat, trays and testing after completion to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge as well as user unit. M&L for refrigerant gas charging for Deep freezer with R-134A gas after proper cleaning of pipe lines with carbon tetra chloride and flushing with Nitrogen, complete leakage test, including replacement of liquid line filter, capillary tube, required soldering/brazing/gas welding to attaing proper cooling level to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and User unit for 200/310L deep freezer Unit.

Servicing of window/ split type ACs 1.5/2.0 TR capacity any make including cleaning the condensing and evaporative coil with the help of descaling solution & water, greasing and oiling the blower motor and refixing the same in position after servicing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of starting relay suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR capacity window/ split type AC including connections all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of starting capacitor 80-100 mfd suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR window/ split type AC all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and charging of R-22/ R-134a as per existing refrigerant in window/ split type AC 1.5/2.0 TR capacity including cleaning the gas system with anticorrosive solution and charging the refrigerant with anti most substances, strainer and rectification of leakage and replacement of filter and copper capillary complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down of blower motor suitable for window type AC 1.5/2.0 TR capacity , rewinding with super enameled copper including wire as existing gauge including replacement of bushes and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 84.00 above but suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR capacity spilt type AC complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable sealed compressor of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity window type AC and S&F new sealed compressor including soldering of copper pipe, cleaning the refrigerant system, rectification of leakage, charging of refrigerant, rubber pads for foundation, nut & bolts etc and Testing the compressor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 86.00 above but suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR capacity split type AC complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 60673.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
