PROVISION OF PLINTH PROTECTION BY INTERLOCKING TILES FOR TAXIWAY EDGE LIGHTS OF BOTH ORPS, BOTH PTT TURN AND AROUND AQUINO DISPERSAL AT AF STN CHABUA UNDER GE (AF) CHABUA

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils exc 250m but n.exc.500 m and deposting where directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required .The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight/ Hand Roller for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregates) as in pavement, coping, kerb etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick rubber moulded coloured glossy finish precast cement concrete interlocking pavers blocks / tiles Grade M-35 made with grey cement and no pigment manufactured by automatic hydraulic compression with high compressive strength ,any size, pattern and shape as approved by GE, laid over a layer of sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 30mm thick sand cushioning of interlocking tiles /Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick, as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.
