Surface excavation e.exc 60 cm deep and averaging 30 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as directed.

M & L for soling (or subbase) with quarried stone or broken boulders 150 mm thick spread thickness interstices filled, surface formed and ramming / rolling with 8-10 Ton power roller finishing to required camber & gradient complete all as directed.

M&L for 15 cm thick (complete thickness) WBM in two layer with coarse aggregate of graded broken metal of Granite, trap or Basalt stone of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled with 8 to 10 ton roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as directed.

Preparation of unsurfaced WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finaly fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose, dirt etc and apply evenly primming/tack coat with paving bitumen at (VG-10) 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as directed.

M&L premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen VG-30 binder content 4% by weight of total mix complete prepared in hot mix plant and spread prepared in spread by mechanical paver and rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 10 ton complete all as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver machine rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller of capacity 8 to 10 ton complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine for proper completion of the work complete all as directed.

S&F road stud reflective type of metal body alloy with PAMA strip lens reflector with MS stud of suitable size fixed with adhesive as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as directed.Make: Model No DA-972 of Dark Eye or equivalent of 3M/Sun Eyez/ M/s Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd / M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd.

S&F Solar road stud made of aluminium alloy , 100% water proof with high efficiency mono crystalling solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.30 watt , one Ni-Mh or Ni-Cd rechargable battery (1.2v/1600MA), six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd, bearing weight of 10 tonnes (appx) fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed. Exavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts , walls, cesspits, manhole, pier holes etc n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as directed.

Returning filling in trenches after laying pipes construction of manhole etc including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick layer complete all as directed.

M & L PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as directed.

M & L Brick wk with sub class ‘B’ designation-75 bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m means radius in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L for Plain cement Concrete type C-2,1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped end etc. complete all as directed.

M & L, 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4) making surfaces finished even & fair complete all as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded store aggregate as in coping and channel including use and waste of form work where necessary complete all as directed.

M & L preparation of new surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as directed.
