M&L for Rough cast plaster, applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone of size between 6 to 12 mm mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even including taking down cement plaster in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debrish outside complex (MOD land), complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 80 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out including leveling of areas to required slop/gradient towards storm water drain and removing the surplus soil beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured printed glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x450x6 to 7mm on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement, laid over and including cement screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 6 to 7 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick cement scheed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling of old floor hearth/ will tiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 6-7mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick cement scheed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling of old floor hearth/ will tiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, hanching, benching,moulding and similar work all as specified and directed.

M&L for grouting and flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings / roof in C:M 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including rackiing out of existing joints of brick tiles to reqd depth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted in CM 1:3 and including flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska including dismantling old brick tiles complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item no 24 above but except new brick tiles

Dismantling roof treatment including roof plaster, mud fuska any type and prepararing the roof surface for roof treatment work by brooming, washing down all loose particles including removing debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighing not less than 3.0 kg/sqm of approved make black finish & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 150 gm/sqm laid over a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Ltr/sqm over prepared roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides & 100mm at ends & sealing as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as spd and directed. Note :- 1. Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same make/manufacturer. 3. The APP Membrane to be inserted in the parapet wall/wall by cutting chases of atleast 65X50mm size & making good in CM 1:3. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding with water proofing compound surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and directed. (Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in bays and surfaces finished even and fair, including filling the joints with bitumen mastic complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing precast reincorced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slabs/beam, set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

S&F factory made SFRC manhole covers of 75mm thick of required size not exc 1.00sqm, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking out sludge, water semi solid or solid materials including any other debrish mixed in sludge from manholes upto a depth 4.50mtr, removing and depositing into excavated pit of suitable size outside of MOD land (incl necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil) allowing initial perculation of sludge water and finally burying the entire solid/semi solid material completely underground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and maintening of sewage line / system by removing sludge from pipe solid or semi solid and balling out sludge from first manholes upto the final drop out let into the septic tank or central sewage system in running/flowing order without blockage having inner dia of pipe from 150mm to 300mm and depth varying upto 4.50 mtr in any situation manually or mechanically as required including sewage pump, sewage machine, super sucker etc complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out sludge, water semi solid or solid materials including any other debrish/brick bats mixed in sludge from manholes, Septik tank, soak well upto a depth 6.00mtr, removing and depositing into excavated pit of suitable size outside of MOD land (incl necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil) allowing initial perculation of sludge water and finally burying the entire solid/semi solid material completely underground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glossy finish machine pressed precast conctete interlocking coloured paver block any shape and size and colour confirming to IS 15658-2006, of 60 mm thickness (M-35 Grade) as approved by GE, laid dry over and including 25mm thick layer of sand bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with gray cement and pigment including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and material and labour for rendering 10 mm thiick in CM 1:4 laid to achieve slope with two coat of teap create mixed (1:2) with cement slurry @500 gm per sqm as per manufactures's instruction in sunken potion of toilets, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement and applying a coat of bitumen primer @0.70 kg /sqm and applying one coat of hot bitumen 85/25 gde @2.6 kg/sqm and one layer of 0.5 mm thick fibre tissue over it, a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde @2.6 kg/sqm over it and then applying one layer of 0.50mm thick fibre glass tissue and final layer of hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde @2.0 kg/sqm, complete all as as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling sunken floor including demolition of cement concrete and removal of debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.
