HT Panel: 1 no substation Overall servicing, cleaning, removal of moisture & dust from all parts of 3panel HT breaker(1no incomer+2no outgoing)i.e from breaker,busbar, PT etc. with co's own tools, tackles & cleaning agents,duster etc. as per direction of EIC 3 panel HT breaker (One number incomer+Two no Outgoiung) Different tests to be performed on above HT breakers (i.e for each all Incoming & Outgoing) with Co's own testing arrangements & submission of test report as per direction of EIC. a. IR value measurement by 5 KV megger. b. Contact resistance measurement by Milli volt drop method by injecting 100A DC. c. Primary injection of CT, artificial fault simulation by primary injection (over current and earth fault). d. Tripping test confirmation by relay. e. Checking of indication circuit and spring charging mechanism. f. Operation of breaker both electrical and mechanical. g. Major modification of control wiring of 3 nos. panel.(if required) h. Tripping test confirmation of WTI of the Transformers i. Supply of necessary wire, sockets, ferrule for control wiring modification.(if required) l. Modification of setting as per CT ratio and load pattern as per direction of EIC. m. all mechanical parts must be cleaned by appropiate CRC and approved lubrication Kit must be used.

Transformer:- Opening the Dry Type Transformer part by part and assemble the same after thorough maintenance work including Cleaning, heating as per direction of EIC. Cleaning dust & sludge from Transformer body including tits bits work with co's own tools.tackles & cleaning agents, duster etc. as per direction of EIC. 500 kVA,dry type Transformer Different tests to be performed on above Transformers (i.e for each transformers primary as well as secondary side) with Co's own testing arrangements & submission of test report as per direction of EIC. 1. IR value measurement of HT and LT side by 5 KV and 1 KV motorized megger. 2. Polarization Index value measurement. 3. Magnetizing current checking. 4. Magnetic balance and core balance checking. 5. Ratio checking of Transformer.

LT panels Overall servicing & cleaning, removal of moisture dust dirt etc of LT panel part by part by co's own tools,tackles & cleaning agents,duster etc. as per direction of EIC Main LT panel: a. ACB (I/C 2nos, B/C 1no)----3nos overall cleaning of LT bus bar and outgoing MCCB/Main switches, bus bar joints etc. and tightness of all joints with proper nut bolt tightness wrench set. Different tests on above LT panels as per direction provided by the EIC 1. IR value measurement of LT breaker by 1KV megger 2. Checking of indication circuit and spring charging mechanism. 3. Operation of breaker both electrical and mechanical. 4. Setting of all Multi Function meters (make L&T) for all incoming and outgoing switches

Earth measurement test of Transformer Neutral, Body earth. And VCB body earth testing.

Cost of transporation of different testing arrangements for performing the above mentioned tests upto each sub ststion etc. all complete from Kolkata to UBKV.
