Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Square Metre each , removing from the site Cutting holes exc 150 Sq.cm but n.exc 400 Sq.cm in super facia area into or through brick walls built in mud mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors , windows , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories.Area not exceeding 2.00 sqm each (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor included cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories.) etc complete all as specified and direcetd.

S&F pressed steel frames of size 105 X 60 mm with rebate on both side including necessary fixing lugs hinges, locks strike plate etc (thickness of sheet shall be 1.25mm) and making good the plaster of wall in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm grade stone aggregate) as in filling of Chowkhats or pressed steel door frame, in bed block and like, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative flush door shutter of 35 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

M&L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium door shutters of aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, powder coated aluminium handles 150mm size 2 Nos, 3 Nos powder coated aluminium hinges heavy duty and 02 Nos 150mm long powder coated aluminium tower bolts in each door shutter with powder coated aluminum snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : Panel filling ie. glass, fibre sheet, board etc. shall be measure and paid for separately.

S & F in repairs for door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, aluminium die-cast body (ISI Marked), suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair for floor door stopper of brass body and tongue, overall length of cover plate 150 mm , anodized, with hard drawn steel spring , fixed to shutters complete all as specified and as directed.
