SPL REPAIR/CONVERSION OF CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR INTO CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLYWOOD TOP UNDER GE SAUGOR

Removing of unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and tightening of all loose components of charpoy and S&F new plywood 12 mm thick BWR grade ISI marked confirming to IS-303 of required size ( out of 7'x3' ) with mild steel galvanised iron nuts and bolts of required size and suitable length. S&F three stiffener made out of MS flat iron 900 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm duly painted with two coats of black colour synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality over a coat of red oxide primer to be fixed over the long rails by drilling holes in flat iron and long rail by 01 No semi circular top bolts of 6 mm dia and 75 mm long for every stiffener and every side, total 02 Nos for every stiffener. 01 No semi circular top bolts of 6 mm dia and 50 mm long shall be fixed on middle of the every stiffener to fix the plytop. Total 06 Nos nut and bolts with semi circular head of 6 mm dia and 75 mm long and 03 Nos nut and bolts with semi circular head of 6 mm dia and 50 mm long with steel washers to be used for fixing of plywood top all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
