Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV overhead lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts,washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Supply and installation of channel iron 100X50X6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) for over head line complete with nuts, bolts and washer etc. including drilling of holes for fixing in pole and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Supply and installation of channel iron 75mmx40mmx6mm (7.14 kg per metre) for over head line complete with nuts, bolts and washer etc. including drilling of holes for fixing in pole and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Supply and installation of 630 Amps. 11 kV 3 pole, 50 Hz Air Break switch.

Supply and installation of 400 Amps. 11 kV , 3 pole H.G. fuse with porcelin insulator.

Supply and fixing 55 mm2 AAAC conductor including nut bolt etc. as required

Supply and installation of 160 kVA 11KV/0.415kV outdoor Transformer complete with all fittings & accessories etc.

Supply laying and fixing of one number 1.1kV grade, 70 sq mm 3.5 core PVC Armoured aluminium cables ISI marked. direct in ground(600 mm below the ground) including excavation ,sand cushioning,protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Construction of transformer base, Graveling around the transformer base for 1 meter, fencing around the gravel and providing entrance gate

Supply of 150X150 mm RS joist (9 mtr. Long) 30.6 kg/mtr.each 275.4 kg

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Miscellaneous items including insulating rubber mat, fire sand bucket, Danger Boards, rubber hand gloves ,chequered plate on trenches, first aid box etc. and Liasoning for installation of 160 kVA, 11/0.415 kV transformer from state govt and other mislleneous works
