Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in 2 layers with CM 1:4, 5mm thick with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, over 10mm thick cement mortar 1:6 under coat on external wall surfaces all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on internal wall surfaces all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250x 7 mm/ 450 x 350 x 7 mm/ 300x450x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over & incl 10mm thick in screed CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces to receive wall tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling using Aluminium sections incorporated in frame work conforming to IS 733, IS 737 and IS 1285. Snap grid frame work shall be fixed to ceiling with supporting hanger consisting of 6mm dia mild steel rod, J bolts with necessary bolts, nuts and washers all as manufacturer’s instruction. The main and cross tees shall be jointed at junction/crossings with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size as indicated, if not indicated it shall be 15mmxl5mmx1.5mm, weighing 0.12 Kg per running metre, fixed with suitable mild steel, bolts nuts and washers, all as per manufacturer’s instructions. The snap grid (main/cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminium angle of size as indicated, if not indicated it shall be 40mmx25mmx2mm, weighing 0.36 Kg per running metre. Size of the snap grid shall be as indicated. Including 6mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws fixed in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of Powder Coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodized aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

Supply and Fixing of Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
