Dismantling plastering: Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. – in all the floor levels

Dismantling Stone masonry: Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. – in all the floor levels

Dismantling of door / window(including frame): Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter in any size including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in- charge- in all the floor levels

Taking out existing wooden door shutter: Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.- in all the floor levels

Demolishing cement concrete: Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.- in all the floor levels

Removing of existing old or broken water closet Indian / European : Removing of existing old or broken water closet Indian / European and disposing it with all cost and conveyance labour for all items of work, HOM, with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation charges and all the other incidental charges etc., complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer in charge of the work – in all the floor levels

Removing of existing old or broken wash basin / urinals : Removing of existing old or broken wash basin / urinals and disposing it with all the cost and conveyance labour for all items of work HOM with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work - in all the floor levels

C.C.Solid block masonry: Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications.

C.C.Solid block masonry: Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x100x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications. – in all the floor levles

TMT steel reinforcement: Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-550D or more Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding and anchoring to adjacent members whereever necessary complete as per Design including cost of material, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (The laps and wastages shall not be measured separately)- in all the floor levels

RCC M – 20 (CC 1:1.5:3 ) for lintel: Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building, Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, & formwork Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement, dowel bars) – in all the floor levels

15mm thick cement plastering: Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.- in all the floor levels

Plain cement concrete with M15 mix: KSRB 4.1-6: Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of Mix 1:2:4 (Mix -M15) - with OPC cement at 240 kgs per cum/ PPC cement with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.878cum and fine aggregates at 0.459cum machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, well compacted, in foundation and plinth, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications. (Specification No. 4.1) – in all the floor levels

Vitrified tiles: Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in 1200mmx600mm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser, treads of steps, with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of spacer joints as per direction of Engineer in charge.-( in all the floor levels)

Ceramic tiles: Providing and laying Ceramic antiskid floor tiles of size 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/m2 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.- in all the floor levels

Glazed Wall tiles: Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in- Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per m2, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. as per direction of Engineer in charge.- in all the floor levels

European type water closet : Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required and as per direction of Engineer in charge.- in all the floor levels

Urinal basin: Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm and 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively with automatic flushing cistern with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : and as per direction of Engineer in charge.- in all the floor levels

Wash basin: Providing and fixing white vitreous china clay, flat back wash basin size 550x400mm with a single 15mm C.P brass pillar tap, fixed with C.I / M.S brackets, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, waste pipe, painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the wall and floor wherever required, including cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications. Repairs to existing aluminium partition : Repairs to existing aluminium partition including glass, board, lock, handle, beading etc cost of all material, labour, complete as per specifications and as per direction of the Engineer in charge – in all the floor levels

MS Grill: Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars as per approved design, drawing including cutting steel sections and welding the same to required pattern with a coat of red lead primer of zinc chromate, cost of materials, fixtures, labour and HOM of machinery complete as per specifications.

Aluminium work for windows / ventilators: Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. PVC Door frame: Providing & fixing factory made PVC Door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet metered cut at corners & jointed 2 No.s of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S Square tube, the entire door frame to be reinforced with 19x19mm M.S Square tube of 19 gauge. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. Screws of 65/80mm size complete as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.- in all the floor levels
