Amount

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm confirming to IS-5820 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Boring of holes of 100mm bore under road, pavement, hard standing, (minimum 1.0m below the road surface) etc by trench less technology using necessary machine / manually without disturbing the top surface suitable for passing the GI protection pipe / cables, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- GI pipe laid shall be measured & paid for separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

Supply and fixing in replacement indicator lamp in different colour code LED/Neon type complete (RYBW) including wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old existing underground LT cable of size 10 sqmm to 120 sqmm, 3.5 core from LT Panels to other places laid in trenches/floors /road/ wall/ pipe/ pole/ including taking out loop from trenches upto 1.5 mtrs depth, cutting the faulty end of cable and refixing the same cable in original position by using flat aluminium sockets/ thimble/ and insulating the all nacked wires of any size including making proper connection with MCCB's/ Switches complete all as specified and directed. Note : Exacavation for taking out LT cable from will measured and paid separatly.

Taking out old existing underground LT cable of size 150 sqmm to 630 sqmm, 3.5 core from LT Panels to other places laid in trenches/floors /road/ wall/ pipe/ pole/ including taking out loop from trenches upto 1.5 mtrs depth, cutting the faulty end of cable and refixing the same cable in original position by using flat aluminium sockets/ thimble/ and insulating the all nacked wires of any size including making proper connection with MCCB's/ Switches complete all as specified and directed. Note : Exacavation for taking out LT cable from will measured and paid separatly.

Disconnecting LT Panel of any size and Capacity and repair of complete panel by taking out the cable, Bus bar, Volt, Amp meter, including wiring and other minor parts, cleaning the complete accessories carefully and minor repairs shall be rectified Parts/accessories shall be cleaned properly and refixing the parts at its original locations, checking and repair of the internal panel wiring with suitable size of wire and remove the carbon deposited inside the contact, cleaning all other spare parts and reassembled after repair/replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old existing LT underground cable from trenches depth upto 1.5 mtrs and laying after removing of defects any type/size laid in trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement shutters made out of 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet, bent to shape, including taking out old damaged unservicable shutter complete with hinges, handle etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement mild steel medium weight Butt Hinges 100mm long and fixed with steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement mild steel medium weight Butt Hinges 75mm long and fixed with steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement mild steel pressed handles of size 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.
