SPL REPAIR OF RUSTED/ CORRODED/ DAMAGED/ VINTAGE GALVANIZED IRON PIPELINE ALONGWITH OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT 43 WEU (A) RAMGARH JAISALMER

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for laying of UG cable / pole etc and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in soft/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials/soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L in replacement of Galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore with & including all necessary fittings complete, laid in trenches, including taking up or down old unserviceable steel water tubing and connections of 25mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. Note 1 :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule. Note 2 : Contractor shall visit the site & make plan for execution of pipe between the block without damaging the electrical cables,OFC/JFC Cables & Sewage pipelines..

M & L in replacement of Galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 50mm bore with & including all necessary fittings complete, laid in trenches, including taking up or down old unserviceable steel water tubing and connections of 50mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. Note 2 : Contractor shall visit the site & make plan for execution of pipe between the block without damaging the electrical cables,OFC/JFC Cables & Sewage pipelines..

S & F in replacement of Gun metal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends, ISI marked for 25mm bore pipe line fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Gun metal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends, ISI marked for 50mm bore pipe line fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’, 100mm bore, ISI marked with confirming to IS-14846-2000, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, Cast Iron gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 100mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Cast iron body butter fly valve heavy duty, 150mm bore, ISI marked with confirming to IS, both flanged ends and drilled, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 100mm bore, complete all as specified & directed.
