Supply installation and testing and commissioning of Horizontal split casing type centrifugal pump Make-Mather & Platt/Wilo/Kirloskar/WPIL capable of discharhing-110 m³/hr clear water against total head 30 meters, coupled with suitable 3 phase. 1440-1500 RPM, 50Hz TEFC sq. cage induction motor Make- Kirloskar, CGL/Jyoti mounted on a common M.S. Channel fabricated base plate with following accessories- 1. Sutable size N.R Valve 1 No 2. Sutable size sluice Valve 1 No 3. Sutable size Check Valve/Foot Valve 1 No 4. Pressure gauge 1 No 5. M.S Base Plate 1 No 6. Tyre coupling set 1 No etc all complete and as per site requirement direction of E.I

Dismantling of old Foundation and removing the residuals out of the pumping plant and Making of New PCC foundation 4’x3’ x2.5’ size & M.S joint 4”X6”-2 nos. with supplying all mortar materials & foundation bolts 6 nos. with all labour tools and tackles loading unloading with alignment leveling and jointing as per P.W.D Specification (1:2:4) etc all complete as per site requirement or direction of E/I.

supplying Installation & commissioning of 160 Amp, 440V Motor Panel Board made of 2mm thick MS sheet of suitable size, dust and vermin proof consisting of following accessories: (i) 160 Amp MCCB – 1 No. (Incoming feeder) (ii) 100 Amp MCCB – 02Nos (outgoing feeder). (iii) 32 Amp MCB -1 No. for lighting load and other utility load. (iv) FASD Starter suitable size for the above Motor Pump set – 02 Nos. (L&T make) (v) Copper Bus Bar - 4 pole 160amp 415volt copper strip bus bar enclosed in MS sheet, etc. all complete job. (vi) LED display Voltmeter – (0-500 V) & Amp Meter (0-100A) – 2 Sets, Phase indicating lamp-6 Nos. along with overload relay, single phase preventor proper inside wiring with suitable size of copper conductor with wall/floor mounting facility, Cubical panel box etc. all complete including transportation and fitting and mounting charges at P/Plant or as per site requirement or direction of E/I.

Supplying and laying of 3.5 core 95 sq.mm aluminium armoured cable from transformer to MCP( Motor Control Panel).

Chemical earthing 40 feet and 80mm hole size with electrode and chemical compound etc. with watering pipe and locking arrangements including soldering, riveting, jointing G.I. flat strip 20mm X 3mm to all equipments or as per E.I

Supplying and installing 100watt LED street light complete set all complete including labour charges for clear water p/plant.

Transformer oil for the above Stabilizer(63KVA) of best make upto mark – 210 Ltrs

Supplying and fitting of 200Amp Changeover switch TPN on load with sheet steel enclosure for by pass arrangement of servo voltage stabilizer Make C&S Havells/L&T with all labour & tools and materials.

Supplying and laying of 25 sq.mm x 3core x1.1 kV grade with ISI make PVC insulated and unarmored flexible copper cable from MCP to motor terminal box with suitable copper lugs etc.

Supplying and fitting of lightening arrester suitable for building protection with Earthing Electrode, Earthing Compound, copper wires and earth work etc. all complete job & as per direction of E.I
