Extra height Shuttering: Extra for additional height in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc., including cost of de-shuttering and decentring at all levels, over a height of 3.5 m, for every additional height of 1 metre or part thereof in Suspended floors, roofs, landing, beams and balconies (Plan area to be measured)

Chipping : Removal of old damaged concrete from the exposed portion of RCC column, beams at all heights either manually by chisel and hammer or mechanically by power driver/pneumatic percussion chisels/hammers depending upon site condition, disposal of debris up to lead of 50 mtr.from work site including cost of all labour, material, T&P etc. complete:

Anti Corrosive Paint :- Cleaning of exposed reinforcement steel to remove entire rust particles and loose particles of concrete in it by manual cleaning using sand paper, wire mesh etc. as per requirement at site. Cleaned reinforcement steel to be painted with epoxy based anti corrosive paint as per manufacturer’s specification (as per Annexure-1) including cost of all labour, material, T&P, taxes etc. complete

Bond Coating :- Supplying providing epoxy based solvent free bond coat as recommended by manufacturer (as per Annexure-1) on old concrete surface for bonding of old and new concrete work including cost of labour, materials etc.

Concrete Mortar :- Supplying and providing 50mm thick concrete using cement, sand and 6mm down aggregates in proportion 1:1.5:3 admixed with Waterproofing concrete/mortar admixture confirming to IS:2645 and IS:9103 in proportion as recommended by manufacturer (as per Annexure-1) including cost of all labour, material, T&P etc. complete

Nozzle Fixing :- Providing and inserting 12mm dia PVC nozzle nipples along crack line/honeycomb area including drilling holes of required dia up to depths from 40mm to 80mm or half the thickness of member whichever is less at required spacing but not exceeding 300 mm,fixing the nozzle with polymer modified cement mortar in proportion as recommended by manufacturer (as per Annexure-1) including cost of all labour, material T&P etc. complete

Polymer Plaster:- Supplying and providing 20mm thick polymer plaster over concrete surface in cement admixed with polymer admixture confirming to IS:2645 and IS:9103 in proportion as recommended by manufacturer (as per Annexure-1) in proportion 1:4 (1cement : 4 Sand) including cost of all labour, material, T&P etc. complete

Curing Compound :- Providing and applying uniformly Water based paraffin wax emulsion white pigmented curing compound on to the newly laid concrete / plaster surface in proportion as recommended by manufacturer (as per Annexure-1) as soon as the surface water evaporates. Apply preferably using low pressure sprayer uniformly on concrete surface. including all labour, material, T&P etc .complete

Cement Grouting :- Injecting cement slurry through fixed nipple admixed with expanding grout admixture in proportion as recommended by manufacturer (as per Annexure-1) by grouting machine till refusal of slurry, then removal of nipple and sealing the same with cement mortar including cost of labour, machineries, tools etc.

Protective Coating:- Supplying and applying two coats of epoxy based protective coating over the entire finished surface including cost of all labour, material, T&P etc. complete
