M&L preparation of old plastered and cracked surfaces of walls external , applying two coats of non dilutable Dr.Fixit Raincoat over a coat of Dr.Fixit primeseal primer having dft of 110 micron and elongation of >200% on external surface as per manufaturer instruction complete as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plaster surfaces in walls soffits, facia roof and applying 2 coats of weather proof acrylic based paint 100% arylic over a coat of white cement base primer (JK/ Birla) complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing old decorated surfaces as in walls soffits & facias of beams, chajjas etc complete by washing, rubbing down & stopping making good the surface & applying 2 coats of weather proof Acrylic based paint (100% Acrylic) exterior Gde complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete.Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (Rates quoted shall be inclusive of jacketing, formwork, anchor, shuttering, micro concrete and carriage / lifts, staging, etc as necessary)(Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of existing surface of wall and concrete surface of beams columns and parapets etc. racking out joints of brick work hacking for key washing down the surface with clean fresh water, filling crack / exposed joints with cement mortar (1:1) mixed with Crack X paste (Acrylic hexilide paste crack filler from Dr Fixit) including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only polymar latex additives complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent & cement in 1:1 ratio for bonding old and new concrete on damaged surfaces.Applying polymer modified morter in CM 1:3 incuding mixing of polymar latex additives (polymar latex additive will be measured and paid separately) 40 mm average thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Quantity of polymer to be use 15% by weight of cement (ii) Use the electrical mixer to get homogenious dough on bond coat surfaces (iii) To achieve required thickness repeat this step after 24 hrs to as reqiured.(iv) Keep the surfaces moist using water fog for 5 to 7 days.

Supply only synthetic fibre additives of recron @ 125 gm/bag of cement for plastering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. M&L for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plsticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including,Mixing of materials:Mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting maintain the pressureat exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Demarcating areas with spalled or loose concrete on slabs / beams / columns, chipping out / removing all damaged concrete with proper tools viz. electrical cutters, etc. till depth of spall, cleaning the areas with water, applying 2 coats rust remover on worn out exposed reinforcements at an interval of 6hrs. M&L for Chipping , removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer ,breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc. complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force.complete all as specified and as directed Note: (i) Steel props, braces, etc. as required shall be provided at locations to provide additional support to structural members (ii) Work shall be done only by provisioning of double steel scaffolding and proper staging

M&L for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, complete, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.
