Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sq.mt on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead up to 50 meter and with all lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation, footing, strap beam, raft, bases of column etc. ( Footings and Plinth Beam.)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements up to plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers (if required) excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and reinforcement. M35 grade Design Mix.

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level.- Thermo-mechanically Treated bars (Conforming of relevant IS code)

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20 mm thk Cost includes scaffolding

Providing and filling joints between concrete and masonry in cement mortar including racking the joints to form "V" groove and filling with aggregate of 20 mm or less (katka) in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand), cleaning and curing etc. to avoid cracks at the joints, as directed by the Engineer.

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in:Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Providing & fixing precast cement concrete coping 1 : 2 : 4 mix 50mm thick complete as per specification :

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with required dia 610 mm (having 15 nos. round per 6 metre length) up to 3m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/Spring core(2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre (Cost of MS angle, CC block shall be paid extra) RBT Reinforced Barbed Tape BTOBarbed Tape Obstacle 30 having Blade length ,Blade width ,Blade space ,Core wire dia. All as per given specification of RFP

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide. Square,rectangular hollow tubelar sections are used or grill made by flats

Providing and fixing cow catcher made of R.S. joist angles channels MS rounds including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide (as per design provided by engineer in charge).

Tube Well

Construction of tube-well from ground levels and up to 100 Meter depth and above to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all types of alluvium strata by percussion / rotary drilling method and with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and packing as per IS:2800 (Part I & II) 1979 as amended up to date (the work includes the cost of gravel & its primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes, with supply and wrapping of coir rope, wherever necessary, for arresting fine sand particles. The work will not include cost of housing pipe and strainer pipe assembly and development work, but work would be completed after obtaining sand free water). - 200 mm Nominal bore.

Supply of ERW M.S. black casting pipe ISI marked (IS:4270/1992) of grade Fe 410 of following sizes at site of work. - 200 mm nominal bore

Supply of strainer pipes made of ERW M.S. black pipe ISI mark of following sizes at the site of work including required size of slotting as per IS:8110-1985. - 200 mm Nominal Bore.

Supply & fixing of B class 50mm dia GI pipes with flanges duly screwed & welded including rubber washer, nuts & bolts of 8mm dia complete in all respect ISI make.

SITC of radial / mixed flow submersible motor pump sets ISI marked (IS:8034-1989) of approved make with required accessories including making connection suitable for T.W./ D.C.B./ Open well. The job includes lowering of riser pipe, G.I./ H.D.P.E. pipe with rope, cables, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board. All labour for testing of submersible pumps set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect.150 mm diameter Submersible pump shall have following HP Rating, phase, Head, minimum Discharge respectively.

Supply and fixing of oil / Air break DOL / Star Delta Starter made out of sheet steel powder coated enclosure with single phasing protection, ON / OFF push buttons, etc. complete in all respect suitable for following rating motors.

Fully Automatic Star/ Delta Starter 3.0 HP to 10.0 HP

Supplying and Laying ISI marked P.V.C. insulated submersible cable as per PWD specification for electrical Works confirming to IS:694 and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade .Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free ( <10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity , insulation PVC type A ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4 including making connection etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for wires. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections. as per recommended makes of RFP

6.0 Sq.mm 3 core flat / Round

SITC of wall/ free standing floor mounted dust and vermin proof compartmentalised cubical panel as per PWD specification for electrical Works, made out of CRCA sheet . Other parameters required as per point (a) ,(b), (c),(d) below:- (a)Thickness of sheet shall not be less than 1.6 mm up to 600 mm length / width of any compartment and be of 2.0 mm above 600 mm. Load bearing structure shall be of 2.0 mm thick sheet supported by base M.S. channel if required . Side walls and cable alley compartments having bolted type doors with / without detachable extension type structure (b)panel shall be duly treated for derusting in 7 tank process with dephosphating and with powder coating of minimum 70 microns on both side of panel in desired shade The panel having PU/ Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness ,required hardware, separate detachable gland plate M.S. base channel (min75mm) , hinged door with locking arrangement for equipment/switchgear [c) Interconnection between bus bar and switchgears /cable shall be rigidly supported and made out by flexible copper wires (up to 125 amp ) and by solid bus bar (>125 amp ) . All joints / interconnections of copper bus bar shall be dully tinned . Clearance between main bus bar and risers / metal parts shall be at least 10 mm additional to width of bus bar Bus bar is insulated by Heat Shrinkable sleeves . Earth and Neutral bus bar shall be half of the size of phase bus bar. (d) only outer area on all sides shall be measured & panel to be fabricated only from CPRI approved fabricator. Supplying and fixing of Aluminium (IEC 60105 ISO 209-1,2) / Copper (IEC 60028) bus bar as per PWD specification for electrical Works, by means of SMC / DMC type insulator, high tensile nuts and bolts spring washers in existing panel including bending , cutting in required shape and size and colour coding with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. Providing & Fixing of BIS approved Current Transformer as per PWD specification for electrical Works ,ISI marked as per IS 2705-1992/ conforming to IEC 60044-1, with secondary terminal of CT shall be brought out suitable to a terminal block which shall be easier accessible for testing and terminal connection , with all necessary support in existing panel including connection etc. as required Current transformer Resin Cast Wound Primary / Ring Type Tape Wound as per IS 16227 with, Accuracy Cl, CT ratio and burden as specified. ISF<=5, Cu cross section of secondary wire 1.5sqmm (minimum), including all necessary support in existing panel including connection etc. as required . All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Appropriate type test certificate / OEM test report shall be submitted. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
