Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

P/ applying 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Structural steel built up section for frame work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and fixing of ceramic glazed tile 5mm thick of approved brand make in all colour shades over a 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 mix jointing with grey cement slurry pointing in white cement

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size as directed by EIC (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. In colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer
