Name of Work: Providing Industrial Catering services at PP Terminal, Paradip Petrochemicals Marketing Complex, Paradip, Odisha

Contract No: PDPMC/POLY/PT/20-21/CANTEEN/03 Importtant notes: a. IOCL shall pay for BoQ line item 1.1 and 1.2 only, to the contractor. GST @18% is considered in BoQ, howeven applicale taxes shall be considered while raising invoice and payment to contractor. b. Payment for BoQ line item 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 shall be made by individual users availing the facilities. IOCL shall not be liable for payment of those line items. c. Party shall quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intended to quote “at par”, party must quote “0” in pace provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rates in word and the quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be mentioned in appropriate place in price bid. d. Single percentage to be quoted for Boq line item 1.1, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3. Food item rates mentioned in tender and Item rate of breakfast, lunch/dinner & evening snacks as per the quoted rate of the successful bidder shall be fixed during the entire contract period for all. Food rates quoted in tender (BoQ item no 2.1, 2.2, 2.3) and rates mentioned in tender shall be the final rate for charging to individual consumers and contractor shall not charge any GST on food items from those consumers. . e. Tentative quantity for the breakfast, Lunch/dinner & evening snacks is mentioned in BoQ. Corporation shall not be liable for the deviation in the estimated quantities of food items. The quantity is estimated based on average manpower and workers expected to be available. Actual consumer may vary and depends on services provided and rates quoted by bidder.
