Improvement of Road surface with other allied works road starting form Ghoghla Circuit House to Nagao Beach and from Malala Circle to Nakshtravan in Diu District.

Civil Works :

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials (A) By manual means in area of light jungle.

Providing of Hydrulic Excavator (JCB) with driver and fuel on Hire charges at Rent bases for working in Diu District as and when require basis for yearly maintenance work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying White Stone Bela masonary block in course in superstructure with stone of approved quality in cement Mortar 1:5 (1-Cement : 5-Course sand) including packing the joint etc. complete.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Rough (Similar) side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (ii) Cement Mortar 1:3 (1- cement :3 - sand)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam in required thickness in one layers specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 50 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP capacity producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous VG - 40 binder @ 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher width in 7.00 m with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.) - For Grading II

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 40 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMPcapacity producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous grade VG - 40 binder @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher width in 7.00 miters with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects) - For Grading-II (including Tack Coat of Bituminous Emulsion Grade- RS1 @ 2.5 kg/10 M2 )

Supplying and fixing cat eye (Stimsonite) made out from Acrilo beautile sterine injuction high compressed molding with reflector made MMC (prismatic type of size 12cm x 6cm x 2.5cm) provided with bituminous adhesive 100g with each unit for fixing. (High Intensity grade).

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two cats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials etc. complete.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with synthetic enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Chevron Sign :-Providing and fixing sign boards made out of 3mm ACP (Aluminum composite Panel); size 60x45cm rectangular as per design of IRC-67-2012. Pre treated with phospheting process & acid etching; coated with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of best quality epoxy paint ; reflectorised with High Intensity Prismatic Grade retro reflective sheeting of Type-4 as per ASTM D-4956 and latest MORD Specifications; 3.1 mtr long stand post of Iron Angle 75 x 75 x 6mm as required and frame fabricated from suitable size iron angle of 35x35x3mm; painted with best quality epoxy coatings in black and white bends. the details of symbol or inscription / numerals for each board shall be as per the instruction of engineer in charge. The fixing at site shall be in 1:2:4 CC block of size 45 x 45 x 60 Cms. for each leg including excavation, curing etc. complete under the supervision of engineer in charge. A warranty for 7 years for the Retro reflective sheeting from original manufacturer shall be submitted by contractor. (A) Class-B High intensity Grade Retro Reflective sheeting.

Sign Board per square Meter :-Providing and fixing sing boards made out of 2mm aluminium sheet; size 1 Meter x 1 Meter as as per the design given by engineer in charge pre treated with phospheting process & acid etching; coated with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of best quality epoxy paint; reflectorised with retro refiective sheeting as per latest M.O.S.T. Specifications; Letters and numerals should be as per IRC-30-1968, 3.1m long (2 nos) stand post and frame may be fabricated either from suitable size iron angle of 35 x 35x 3mm & 50 x 50 x 5mm & 75 x 75 x 6mm as required painted with best quality epoxy coatings in black and white bends. the details of symbol or inscription / numerals for each board shall be as per the instruction of engineer in charge. The fixing at site shall be in 1:2:4 CC block of size 45 x 45 x 60cms. for each leg. including excavation curing etc. complete under the supervision of engineer in charge.(B)High Intensity Grade

White washing with lime on wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing pre-cast concrete kerb stone of gray cement based concrete block 30cm length, 30cm height and 15cm thick of M250 grade concrete as per approved design and including excavation for fixing in proper line and level, filling the joint with C:M 1:3 (1- cement :3 fine sand) etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC : 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over alluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. (i) 90 cm equilateral triangle
