Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto any lead, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately bituminous courses by mechnical means as per Technical Specification 2014 Clause 202 and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of gravel/soil aggregate sub base/base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 8-80mm (eighty millimetre) as per table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008, spreading in uniforms layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachement and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired complete as per specifications contained in para 2.2, 3.6 and 3.7 of IRC SP-77-2008 and as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and MORD 2014 Technical Specification Clause 406 in two layers and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg to 1.00 kg (zero point seventy kilogram to one kilogram) per square meter using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D 2014 technical specifications clause No. 502 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg (zero point twenty five kilogram to zero point thirty kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D 2014 technical specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 3.3% (three point three percent) transported to site any lead laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 complete in all respects including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimeter) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred desh one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.50 (at the rate of five point five zero) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
