Repairs to plaster of 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sq metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out the joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 fine sand) INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PLASTER UPTO FLOOR V LEVEL

Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or bricks, in cement by dismantling tiles, removing mud plaster preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material outside the University Campus (the cost of new tiles excluded)

Dismantling old plaster and tiles already fixed on walls at site over which new tiles have to be fixed upto floor V level including disposal of dismantled material outside the University Campus.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS :13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make (SOMANY/ JOHNSON/KAJARIA) in all color, shades and size 250mm x 375 mm/300mm x 450mm as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete upto floor V level. Nothing extra shall be paid.

40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) under flooring.

Providing and filling dry brick aggregates of size 40mm nominal size in sunken portion of wash rooms.

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600mm (8.00 mm-10mm thick) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make (Johnson/Kajaria/RAK) in all colors/shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete upto floor V level

Marble stone flooring with 16mm thick (average) marble stone (sample of marble shall be approved by engineer in- charge) laid over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) laid and jointed cement slurry including rubbing and granite polishing complete . NOTHING EXTRA ON ACCOUNT OF ANY WASTAGE, LEAD AND LIFTS ETC SHALL BE PAID AND PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE FOR THE FINISHED JOB ONLY. Raj Nager plain white marble/Udhaypuri green marble/zebra black marble.

Providing and replacing Salwood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
