Item No. 1.1 Providing and fixing in position Different size of Table (Height 750MM) made out of 19 min thick marine plywood of the requisite manufacture ie. Anchor/Century/Kenwood/Greenply or equivalant generally confirming to IS 710-1980 for Top, vertical side and 6 mm & 12 mm thick marine plywood for back and drawer with necessary BTC wood lipping and moulding. the External shall be finished with 3.5 to 4mm thick Greenply Veneer (Wood Crrests) sheet Excluding melamine polish and internal shall be finished laminate 0.80 mm thick (Royale touche) with three years guarantee on requisite stamp paper etc.Executive table 3000x750MM Left pedestal under main table (left end)of size 600 x 750 x 750 mm in 19 mmBWP plywood with 3 drawers (front heights 100/150/275 mm), drawer sides in 12 mm ply and bottoms in 9 mm ply, mounted on 450 mm long, 45 kg telescopic slides with central lock, brass handles and leveling feet, using hardware of approved make Ozone / Hettich /Hafele or equivalent,Central keyboard tray of size 700 x 300 x 25 mm in BWP plywood with laminate finish, provided as pull-out on 500 mm telescopic slides, tilt/swivel adjustable to working height 650–750 mm, with mouse wing, C‑clamp mount and all accessories, complete.Right side table of size 750 x 500 x 750 mm in 19 mm BWP plywood, all exposed edges with 2 mm PVC edge band, complete. Item No. 1.2A - Proving and fixing 6 mm corian solid surface on table top with corian adhesives LG and Dupend fixing it jointless with smooth edge polish complete with necessary hardwear as directed by Engineer in change.(Non SSR)

Item No. 1.2B - Providing and fixing Executive Table of approved size of Height 750 mm made of 18 mm thick ISI marked 710 Marine plywood for vertical supports & top & 12 mm thick ISI marked 710 Marine ply wood extra for design with 25 x 12 mm teak wood moulding at edges and front finished with Melamine polish and Providing 1 mm thick texture laminate on all exposed & internal surfaces & 12 mm glass on top, keyboard drawer is made by using 12 mm thick Marine ply ISI 710 and telescopic channels on side and small storage below it & internal surfaces of drawer & storage finished with French polish with brass hinges, screws, brass handles, locks as per detailed drawing and with all necessary fittings, fixtures, fasteners, fevicol and nails etc.Left pedestal under table (left end) of size 0.40 m(L) x 0.45 m (W) x 0.65 m (H) consist of one drawer and two selves with openable shutter, and side unit for table of size 0.75 m (L) x 0.450 m (W) x 0.75 m (H) consist of top portion two drawer and below portion with two compartment of two selves with openable shutter. as directed by the Engineer in charge etc.Complete(Non SSR)

Item No. 1.2C - Providing & fixing Staff / Computer table having Height 750 mm using 18 mm thick Marine ply ISI 710 for top & vertical supports, keyboard drawer is made by using 12 mm thick Marine ply ISI 710 and telescopic channels on side and small storage below it, external surface is to be finished with 1 mm thick laminate with 6 mm horizontal groove including 25 x 12mm lipping finished with Melamine polish & internal surfaces finished with French polish with brass hinges, screws, brass handles, locks as per detailed drawing and with all necessary fittings, fixtures, fasteners, fevicol and nails etc. Left pedestal under table (left end) of size 0.40 m(L) x 0.45 m (W) x 0.65 m (H) consist of one drawer and two selves with openable shutter etc as directed by engineer incharge Complete.(Non SSR)

Item No. 1.2D - Providing and fixing meeting table Height 750 MM of approved size(4000 x1400MM) made of 18 mm thick marine plywood i.e. Anchor/Century/Kenwood/Greenply or equivalant generally confirming to ISI 710 for vertical supports and top 55mm thick and 12 mm thick for front with T.W. 50 x 12 mm moulding at edge and front finished, with Melamine polish. providing 1 mm thick texture laminate on all exposed surface & internal surface finished with French polish as per detailed drawing with screws, fevicol and nails etc.The item shall be measured in Sq.m. of Top area as Directed by Engineer-in-charge etc Complete.(Non SSR)

Item No. 1.2E - Providing and fixing 53 cm deep Cupboard type Storage Unit made out of 19mm thick plywood of the requisite manufacture confirming to I.S. 710-1980 for fraunes, internal verticals horizontal divisions, shutters and 6mm & 12mm thick marine plywood for drawers with necessary locks, handles, hardware, lipping & beading patti (BTC) ete. The total shall be finished with formica laminate Sheet from inside, outside in approved pattem with grooves etc. with three years guarantee bond on requisite stamp paper including all leads & lifts etc, features four adjustable shelves of 19mm thick IS710BWP marine plywood, supported by metal pins at 150 mm intervals, shutters mounted on heavy-duty concealed hinges (approved brands: Dorma, Hafele,Hidrolik or Hettich )with premium wave key locks The item shall be measured in Sq.m. of front area and make as per attached 3D Images . Item No. 1.2F - Providing & fixing on site 40 centimeter deep low height storage unit made out of 19 milimeter thick Marine Plywood of the requisite manufacture viz Anchor- /Century/Kenwood/ Duro or equivalent generally confirming to I.S. 303/I.S. 710-1980 frame and internal verticals, 6 milimeter thick Marine Ply of the requisite manufacture viz Anchor / / Century / Kenwood / Duro or equivalent generally confirming to IS. 303 /I.S. 710-1980 back, horizontal divisions, openable shutters with necessary locks, handles, hardware, lipping (Burmah Teak Wood) etc. The unit shall be Total finished with formica laminate sheet from inside, outside in approved pattern with grooves etc. with three years gaurantee bond etc. including all leads & lifts etc complete. Consisting of Top Portion with drawer unite(s), Lower Portion with openable shelves fitted with shutters. The item shall be measured in Sq.m. of front area and make as per attached 3D Images . Item No. 1.2G - Providing & fixing 75 mm thick Partition with Laminate & Glass finished using 18 mm thick Marine ply ISI marked 710 with anti termite for frame work fixed to wall, floor & slab with 50 x50 mm 2nd class T.W. vertical post & horizontal supports which covered with 12 mm thick Marine ply ISI marked 710 on both side & finished with 1 mm thick laminate from both side including 12 mm thick frosted glass and T.W. lipping Patti of size 32 x 12 mm thick on both side of glass and where necessary on top finished with Melamine as per design and finished with all necessary fittings, fixtures, fasteners, fevicol and nails etc. As directed by Engineer incharge Complete.(Non SSR)

Item No. 1.3A - Providing and fixing Wall panelling with Fluted Panels using 18 mm thick waterproof marine ply BWR grade complying with IS:710 for vertical supports of size 150 mm x 45 mm and covered with 12 mm thick waterproof marine ply BWR grade complying with IS:710 and external side to be finished with Fluted Panels with wooden beading grove and completed as per detail drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge etc. Complete(Non SSR)

Item No. 1.3B - Single Bed :- Providing and supplying for Single Bed of Size 2025 LX 1000DX 650H The bed unit is made up of 18mm thick Ply with both side decorative laminate. All exposed edges are sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge Banding. All exposed edges are sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge Banding, Fitted necessary hardware etc.with the outer frame constructed from 19 mm thick BWP (Boiling Water Proof) marine plywood conforming to IS 710 standards from approved brands Green Ply, Century, or Anchor; the frame features a 38 mm thickness and 200 mm height for the perimeter structure, including headboard and footboard panels. as directed by the Engineer in charge etc. Complete (Non SSR)
